By far one of the worst salons I've been to in regards to both quality of service and customer service. I went in on Friday 1/14/22. My best friend booked the appointment and we went together. Fist time I had seen her in a month. I got Hailey (possible misspelling on her name) I asked for a gel (shellac) manicure and regular pedicure. Pedicure was fine, nothing special, although it was a base pedicure. Manicure came, first thing I notice is that she didn't ask me my preferred length. She just cut my nails... as short as they could go. She didn't ask me my preferred nail shape either and cut them too short to make them oval like I had wanted. She never buffed the nail. Just started putting the base coat on. Which, I'm sure is the reason why my nails look the way they did after 2 days (photos attached were taken Sunday, 1/16/22, afternoon) I spoke to someone on the phone that same Sunday afternoon, mentioned I preferred to have Renee. They said ok, and seemed to be searching for a time to match me with her and they said that they would be redone. I just left my appointment time (2:45pm 1/17/22) and the front desk associate were going to put me back with Hailey to have her redo them. Apparently Renee was unavailable. I asked for someone to just remove the polish. The nail tech I was assigned to was very nice and also very shocked that may nails look liked that after just 3 days. They removed the polish and I walked up front to give a tip to the tech, because they were nice and deserved it. The front desk associate actually charged me for the removal. I was upset to begin with but I know things happen and I wasn't going to make a big deal out of it. But to actually charge for the removal after I showed her the condition of my gel (shellac) manicure after just 3 days... I've had gel manicures done every 2-3 weeks for the past 7 years and I have never experienced this.

Lo-Ann was a breath of fresh air, with the most caring personality you could ask for. She asked if I was okay with everything before she did it and made sure to explain why she was asking. I'll be back and I recommend her for your service provider.

So I went to Tipsy Salonbar today with my best friend. I wanted a gel pedicure and she wanted a regular pedicure . The front desk girl told me where to look and we picked out our colors. The owner then came over (after she loudly told the other ladies she would be doing the gel pedicure) and asked us which pedicure we wanted. We both chose the bath bomb pedicure which is $38. I then asked how much more it would be for gel, and she said $20 extra. I thought boy that’s steep, but if it’s gonna look great it’s worth it. We sat down to start our pedicures and it was fine. A lady walked over and asked us if we wanted a drink. We said sure. She brought us two mimosas (we later found out this was NOT included, because she never told us it would be extra). The pedicure itself was okay. Not the greatest. I had to ask her to cut my nails. And she only cut my big toes. When she finally went to do the polish she kept saying that the gel I chose is weird and that sometimes it doesn’t lay flat. I thought okay well let’s make sure it at least looks good. Once she was finished, she walked away. didn’t say I was done or anything. Just left. No thanks for coming or do you need anything else? Nothing. And that was the owner! So we finally got up and walked to the front where I finally got a good look at my toes. It actually looks like it’s been over a week since I got a pedicure and she had just finished them!!!! They look bubbled instead of flat and she didn’t paint to the end of my toe. For a $58 pedicure plus an $8 drink I was super disappointed in the end result. It was grossly overpriced and the end result was absolutely not worth the money. I will not be going back.

EDIT: My nails are a mess after one week. One fell off and another broke just breaking a dog treat in half. The owners are wonderful and are going to take care of it getting fixed at the Jupiter location. Thanks to the awesome owners.

I’ve been browsing for a great place to get my eyelash extensions done. I specifically wanted volume. I have always gone to the Jupiter location for nails and had a great experience, but the newer location in Gardens is right across the street so I took a chance and went there after seeing they offer lashes!

I got lost in the plaza due to construction and called to get help. The wonderful girl at the front desk offered to meet me at Yard House and show me the way! I have never had such a sweet and patient response from a business. She was super sweet, hospitable, and made me feel right at home.

Jenny did my eyelash extensions. She is so sweet and very thorough! We laughed together through my whole appointment and just had the best time. Despite a bit of a language barrier it was never awkward or weird, we made it work and had a ball. She did A M A Z I N G on my lashes! I have never gotten such a beautiful eyelash extension job ANYWHERE! She really went above and beyond and it shows. I can’t stop looking in the mirror at myself with the thought “is that really me??” They’re that good. So happy.

Lori did my manicure and pedicure and she did a phenomenal job! She was sweet, not prying or in a bad mood like some people at competing salons. She didn’t make me feel like anything was too much and was super pleasant. I got the most beautiful nails I’ve ever had! Long and red with tips, and matching toenails. Everyone I’ve seen since yesterday has complimented me on my nails. I’m so happy.

Thank you so much to this location for making me feel welcome and helping me embrace my femininity with such beautiful services! They truly are the definition of hospitality. I won’t go anywhere else...
