I had a party here which went great for the most part. We had a few issues and there were some things I wish someone told me: 1)They ran out of water after providing 1 gallon (which I had to ask for) to a party of 40 people, which is crazy during summer in the desert. 2)They did not intend on supplying anything for non-jumpers even though they ask how many you'll have when you book your party. 3) They don't use table cloths or provide decorations. I booked what I thought was an all inclusive "ridiculously awesome" birthday party. However when I arrived the room only had plates and cups strait on the ugly plastic folding tables
Although my host tried his best to accommodate us, if you have a party here bring your own waters, and anything for non-jumpers like plates, cups, silverware.
I was told by our party host that once the party was over we could keep jumping as long as we vacated the party room. During this time I realized they forgot to give us the goodie bags I paid for. My party host was gone already so I had to ask the girl at the front desk about it & this is where things turned ugly. She was extremely rude to me first of all. She offered me a $5 gift card for each of my guests because they did not have any goodie bags(even though the host confirmed at the beginning of my party that I had goodie bags). All my guest were gone already so I asked for a refund of the $75 I paid for them instead. She said that the General Manager would have to call me: Well 2 weeks & 3 messages later and still no call from Bianca Parr.
A few minutes later one of the other girls was helping me with the vending machine and asked me to wait on the side of the counter for her to go to the back for something. Meanwhile the other girl (I wish I got their names) who was rude to me earlier keeps telling me I need to get in line. I told I was already being helped by someone and she rolled her eyes and told me again that if I wanted to be helped I needed to get in line. She kept turning her head to look at me and rolling her eyes and insisting I get in line. To which I replied "I am already being helped by someone else. You DO NOT NEED TO WORRY ABOUT WHAT I AM DOING!" While rolling her eyes and snapping her neck she replied "I ain't worried about you." Her customer service was HORRIBLE.
FOLLOW UP: Apparently no one gave my messages to the general manager to call me on top of everything. But when I reached her she made it right. This place has so much potential but they need an onsite manager especially on weekends & not let the teenagers...
Read moreWe have visited this location 4/5 times in the hopes that corporate or the owners would get it together and make some very necessary changes. But it clearly has not been a priority. The state of this facility is absolutely appalling and unbelievably filthy. Each time we visit it only gets worse. And if I hadn’t seen it myself I honestly wouldn’t believe it. There was a dead roach on the welcome mat to greet us, I should have left then. The floors and trampolines are covered with trash/debris/old food/ stains/ dirty socks and who knows what else. The carpets have tears and the trampolines aren’t in great shape either. The benches and cubbies are just as gross, they are sticky, and covered with dust, and what I’m hoping is just old food and ice cream. There is insulation falling from the ceiling. The mats are so dirty they are brown at this point. ( I took a baby wipe and wiped a small spot and the difference was astounding/ pictures attached) The foam blocks are falling apart and filthy, and there is no foam at all in the pits with the obstacles (rock climbing wall etc..) which is a hazard for little ones during toddler time. The empty pits are covered in food, dirt, trash and debris. The stairs to the back rollup door (which has been pushed in and broken since at least July) have not been blocked off which is also a safety concern. There is no staff supervision at all. The fire extinguisher is sitting on the floor. I am not sure this facility even owns a vacuum cleaner, by looking at the state of the floors. The equipment is in disrepair and dangerous in multiple places throughout the facility. I’m not even going to start on the bathrooms. There has never been soap or hand sanitizer on any of our visits.
The real kicker is the “commitment to cleanliness” sign that is posted on the bathroom door, which is really just adding insult to injury. It clearly states get air is: Rigorously cleaning and disenfecting is standard procedure Staff is sanitizing multiple times a day Soap and hand sanitizer is being restocked There is increased cleaning by staff and professional cleaners Health and wellness are of utmost importance None of which is being done or a concern. There is no excuse for the state of this facility. It is atrocious. I’m honestly not sure how this location has not been...
Read moreI brought my son to Get Air for a birthday party. Customer Service was H O R R I B L E. You come in and are directed to fill out this waiver online. Otherwise, your child cannot go. You enter your birthday, along with Kid(s) and you would assume, while doing this and once completed, the girl at the register would be getting his stuff ready. I asked. No response. Too busy talking to the co workers. Supposedly on the computer. Being that there was only one other family there before us, struggling, doing their paperwork, you would think the girl (with the blue hair) would be ready to give your child the go ahead. Waited. And waited. I turned around and the family working on the paperwork, had been there for awhile before us. I look over at the girl, with the blue hair, behind the register, slowly working on the computer, while chit chatting with her co workers (two brunettes). I was annoyed. First because we did what was necessary for my son to take part in this party being held at this facility. But I was MORE annoyed, seeing this Dad, bilingual, having such a challenge entering the information needed for his kids to play, that I had to go and help him. NOT RIGHT. And believe me, I brought this to the attention of all three of the girls chatting. I informed the Mother of the Birthday Girl my experience. We both agreed that it seems no cared there. Was there ever a hostess? Never saw one. I would not spend the money to have a party here UNLESS I'm desperate. There are so many other options: Living Desert, Bowling, Air Museum, (depending on age) My Gym, Palm Springs or Palm Desert Aquatic, and more. I highly recommend a customer service training for the people staffed there. Nothing is free and no one is asking for anything to be. $60 for two kids to bounce. A simple greeting and how can I help you or May I help you, would...
