Del Taco — Restaurant in Palm Desert

I worked here when I was new(not that long ago)I came to work happy and energized just for my first day to be the worst day and I thought hmm maybe because it's my first day I gave it a chance even though I wasn't properly trained days and days go by they train me here and there but still you know I'm trying to figure it out on my own while never working fast food before but yesterday was strange i understand spanish but i dont speak it i cant its hard but I hear 2 girls talking bad about me I left work bc my shift was over i qorked an extra hour I go into my dayforce wallet after work I see I made money from that day okay cool just like every other day i would work and make money that day from the app and I check again at night everything was gone I said okay maybe they made a mistake i go to work and I clock in and I stand by the cashier and the manager ana told me to clean tables and assumed I had attitude told me to come to the office to tell me im rude I have attitude and tried to make me clock out me not wanting problems I did she told me not to then I tried to explain the issue about the thing with the worker from the day before and I didn't even get to explain the dayforce incident too because the minute I said anything she went off at me and the worker i had the issue with was there she made that worker come to talk to "fix" the issue but didnt , she only made it worse they both were coming at me and I couldnt even talk I felt so disrespected and I couldn't do anything expect just clock out and leave the job I was really looking forward to working at and I'm still scheduled im not sure if I should even go in and I asked for HR's number and gradulupe gave me a...

The worst del Taco ever I won't be going back extremely skimpy portions I saw one of the food workers wipe her sweaty forehead with her gloved hand, the same gloved hand she uses to make food with and my daughter found a hair in her burrito and the icing on the cake is later that night a couple hours later I threw up, never again, not to mention the men's room literally smells like poo disgusting, and you can tell everyone working there is miserable and hates their job or rather doesn't appreciate working there and if they don't appreciate working there there's zero chance that your food is going to be any good at all I mean why put an effort for strangers if you don't put an effort for yourself, anyway never again so I should be thankful for the saved money that my family and friends would have spent on...

Worsest service ever!!!

Came to this restaurant around 11pm. Seen majority of the crew hanging outside laughing & joking. Placed my oder, to find out half my order was missing.

Came back to let them know about my missing items, door was open, manager came inside w/ an attitude, after having some laughs w/ the crew outside, & told me I need to get out. I told her that's no way to talk to me. She looked intoxicated, as the crew was leaving they too also acted intoxicated.

Before I left She made me drive to the drive thru to pick up my missing items. Honestly I was so upset I duele eat the missing items.
