Holiday Hair Salon - Palmer Township — Attraction in Palmer Township

The staff and management are fantastic! Always very friendly and professional. Always say hello, and are very helpful with products. I have been coming to Holiday Hair for over 17 years and I've stayed committed to this location. The team knows me by name. They are taking ever precaution during this trying time with Covid. Although, I was disappointed in Holiday Hair for not better protecting the staff at the counter. There is no reason Corporate can not put plexi glass up at the counter. I find it ridiculous that you have to stand at the front door 10 plus feet away to talk to them!! Any other retail store you go into has their employees protected by plexi. Let's get on board Corporate and better protect your employees....

Had my first appointment with Claudia today. I have found my new stylist! I pretty much give stylists free reign on my hair. It's hair, it'll grow back! I tell them the length I want, what I'm willing to do and how much time I'm willing to spend to achieve the look daily. They are the professionals that went to school for hair. Just like I wouldn't tell an electrician or plumber how to do their jobs, I wouldn't tell a stylist to give me a cut that not only isn't flattering but one I'd have issues trying to recreate at home. Honestly it was a bad experience. I cant even give the name of the lady who worked on me because she was brash and didn't give her name. She seemed upset that I had an appointment which I made with Colleen earlier that day. I tried to be friendly and she yelled at my 4 yr old. That was not her place and I could have just left, in fact I am mad at myself for not leaving. My mom said I should have said something to Colleen but I wasn't thinking about it. I just wanted to leave. I still gave a tip and everything but I took my other son to the one by Sam's and the women there are so so sweet. I guess I won't go back to 25th street.
