Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Palmer Township

Ordered online on Tuesday for a later pick up. I arrived a few minutes early and was told it would be ready shortly. I was the only person at the drive up window but then someone pulled behind me, so I asked should I pull around. He said no, and that I was fine. This was an older man. Then a younger man walked by the window and starred at me, Something felt off. My concern was did they do something to my food. I hadn’t put a tip with my card and I gave the older man a $10 bill and asked for $8. back. He complied. I look yesterday at my account and there were two changes pending. My slip or receipt was for $8.47. I looked today in my account and they took $10.47 with another $8.47 pending. That was why I was getting the funny looks. They were up to something and know I know what. Notified the bank and they will dispute the charge but I say be careful of these shady people. I wonder how many other people they have done this to. Literally the worst experience ever. I just called and was connected to a call center. The rep who answered continuously tried to list the store location as my address. After trying to explain to him several times that that was not MY address but rather the stores address and he still did not understand, I realized I should probably just pass on placing an order. *This was after I had just tried to place an order on the online app for the Easton store and after an hour of waiting they told me the order had been placed for pick up and quoted me a different $$$ amount then what their confirmation email said and what was deducted from my account. The pizza was inedible. This was the second time I ordered from them and it'll be the last. The first time, we got the box. The two square pizzas where done so poorly. The 8 corners had almost no sauce, cheese, and toppings on them. They were pretty much just crust. The toppings we got were beef, onion, and banana peppers. The toppings tasted fine.

The second time we ordered, we got a single pie...half plain and half with beef, onions, and banana peppers. I had to throw away the whole half that had the banana peppers on it bc it tasted like they soaked the peppers in salt water. Just picking them off didn't help. The extreme saltiness had already soaked into the cheese. I can tolerate some subpar food, but this was downright inedible. We won't be ordering...
