Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Palmer Township

Placed an online order and went inside to pickup the order at the specified time that the email said the food will be ready. It took over 45 minutes after we arrived there and They asked us 4 times what order. In the meantime there were 10 other people who went in line, ordered their food, and then got their food while we stood there. I can understand a place that’s short staffed, but if this were just because of being short staffed, we should have gotten our food before the people who came in after us because our order was put in 30 minutes before we were even inside. At one point one of the employees took the blizzard we ordered out of the fridge, then placed it on the counter for over 15 minutes…. They didn’t tell me it was mine, it was inside a bag so I had no way of even telling. I didn’t think of it at the time, but I should have told them to flip it upside down like they are supposed to do, because it was mostly melted.

Then when we were given our bags of our food wasn’t all there and we had to end up waiting...

I been eating with my family for a couple of years now, with no issue, until today we are a family of five and my son had a bag from McDonald's so the manager(black man) keep in mind i am Hispanic, told me my son could not eat that inside i told him that the rest of the family was going to order and all he had was some nuggets, now also there is no sign that says no outside food, It just felt that he was very un professional, not even wearing an uniform, it is sad that my children had to experience something like this, i have always eating at Dairy Queen since i was a child and to have an experience like this is very disappointing, that he was more worried about a kid bringing a small bag that making a bigger profit for the company. We ended up eating at a different place and that company did not made a big issue about my sons small bag...

I was really excited to have ice cream! But, the ice cream was terrible. The whole disaster starts at the price. It was 13 dollars for 3 ice cream cones. Who the heck will pay 13 dollars for ice cream. REDICULAS. After we ordered, we probaly waited about 10 minutes for the drive thru to go through. There were only 2 cars in front of us! Then we head to pick up our ice cream, the 1st and 2nd ice cream were melting like they have been set out for 5 minutes. The 3rd ice cream was better. I ended up throwing away my ice cream because it dripped all over me. Also, the ice cream tasted gritty. So, my wonderful grandma took me to McDonald's and got me a better a good priced ice cream. I will never come here again. And the service was not so...
