I recently had PDO threads done at Skinspirit, and I couldn’t be happier with my results! As an almost 50 year old woman, I had plenty of volume, but my skin was starting to sag, especially in my lower face. I had been reading about barbed PDO threads, and I was impressed with the results I was seeing online, but I was also really nervous that the procedure would be uncomfortable and scary. Luckily, I had the opportunity to work with both Hannah and Tristen at Skinspirit. These two master practitioners put my mind at ease by explaining each step in the process and the realistic benefits the treatment could provide. Once I felt confident and comfortable, we scheduled the procedure. Hannah called me before the procedure to check in on my overall health and to make sure I wasn’t using any products or medications that could cause bruising or irritation to my skin during or after the procedure.

The procedure itself was surprisingly comfortable and was done in about an hour. Hannah and Tristen spent time making sure the placement of each thread would be ideal for lifting and sculpting my face. At each step of the procedure I was asked to communicate any discomfort, and both Hannah and Tristan were quick to pause and adjust so that I didn’t feel any pain and knew exactly what was going to happen next.

The results were immediate and amazing. Right away my jawline was more defined and my nasolabial folds were almost gone! I was able to compare my before and after pictures the same day, and everyone noticed how rejuvenated I look! I had no bruising or downtime after the procedure, although, as expected, I was sore to the touch for about two weeks in some areas.

I am now about 6 weeks post procedure, and I couldn’t be happier with the natural look of the results. No one can tell I had anything done, but I no longer see any sagging skin! The transformation has been completely worth it, and I am so grateful for the care and expertise these two nurses brought to my treatment.
