I always ridiculed my older family members for using barakah travel. I thought that the older generation doesn't know how to book online so they ask for help for someone to do the booking.

I was wrong about that.

I tried barakah for the convenience but stayed for the A+ service and professional conduct.

Always respectful and understanding of the situation. Their true metal shows when you actually have an issue and they don't fail you. During my recent flights I learned that they actually care and do provide you with the best available price.

I used to book my own flights online but for the past 4 round trip across planet earth it was through them.

Their true metal showed when I was available to leave on Thanksgiving week for a short vacation and my flight got canceled minutes before boarding for technical issues. Their team was more than understanding and were on standby to help during my 6 hour ordeal. Once Turkish airlines canceled our check in ( 5 hours later) Barakah processed my refund with them and found me a flight the very next day for a $200 cheaper fair on Air France. Turkish wanted me to wait 3 days and a seat was not guaranteed.

I will be able to spend the same amount of time with my family thanks to Barakah's customer focused team members.
