I promise you this is probably the most shitiest phone store on the planet we call Earth. I came inside with a iphone6+ and the screen was unresponsive it would respond sometimes. And when I went In they told me that it was the LCD so I would need a knew screen. They charged $105 and told me it will be ready in 30-45min. Not only did I wait almost 2hrs. But that did not fix the problem and on top of that my home button stopped working and so did the finger recognition. They said I can leave the phone there for 3 days and they'll send it out to a technician that supposedly is apple certified and is at another location. 3 days pass and I don't get a phone call so I end up calling and asking them for an update they tell me the guy who took my phone is off. The next day I call and he tells me the phone is good when I get there he gives me the Phone and the touch screen is working but still no home button or finger recHDognition. At this point I'm just getting off a 13hr shift and I'm exhausted so I said f* it and when I got in my car and drove off I get on my iphone and the same thing happens again. I didn't bother going back because at that point I knew what type of buissness theyre running... a bunch of scum bags basically stealing money. I'm not the only one who had this problem with them they always rip off people who don't speak good English... I witnesses it, like the African lady infront of me who you claimed had a problem with her iPhone 4 charging port when it was charging on computer before took it to the back and it all of a sudden...
Read moreThe only thing good about their customer service was that they smiled and apologized when handing me back a non working phone. I brought in my brand new note 8 for them to fix the back glass which had been damaged. I let them know before hand the buttons didn't work but everything else was fine. Even though the camera had a little bit of glass it still worked. They took the battery out to replace the glass and couldn't get it to turn back on as the power button didn't work. One of the employees openly admitted he tried to short the system just to get it turned back on. So I ended up having to take the phone somewhere else and magically he was able to not only get it to turn on but fixed the buttons. But whatever they did to the phone it no longer had a working camera and did not pick up a network anymore. So I ended up having to buy a new phone. If you need to repair a phone don't go here because I handed them a phone that worked perfect and they handed me back a $400 dollar...
Read moreI’m not sure if the system was wrong but the gentlemen who attended to us said the phone I had was locked by a different carrier when the phone was bought through apple. Turns out it wasn’t. We went to a different metro pcs and was able to get service. This place has metro pcs, boost, and car plates and vehicle registration so seems kinda sketchy. He did have a lot of customers in the store and seem like he was by himself with no help. So I can get not wanting to do set up a new phone that requires phone numbers to be transferred but saying a phone was locked and every other company says it...
