Stop by and try all the Filipino foods here hidden in a plaza out in worth IL. This grocery store has all your filipino foods in one stop. The store is clean organized and the employees are very kind once you walk in your greeted by some nice individuals 5/5 for service.
I bought some pre packaged pork pastries microwaved them for about 20 sec and they were excellent 5/5 something different i havent tried very tasty, they also have a wide variety of snacks like filipino corn chips, prawn chips, cheesy snacks, and a nice selection of sweets my favorite is the cookies and cream Polvoron it is a must try 5/5! I checked out the back of the store where the frozen food section is they have a variety selection of frozen buns, meats, fish, eggrolls, filipino hotdogs, and drinks 5/5.

Read moreExtremely disappointed. I made a 10 hour round trip to Mayo Filipino Store in Worth, IL, and spent nearly $100, expecting good quality food. Instead, the vegetables I bought were not fresh they had clearly been previously frozen and stored in the fridge. By the time I got home, they were already spoiled and unusable.
Honestly, I didn’t even bother contacting the store it would’ve been a waste of time and energy. I’m leaving this review so others can decide for themselves.
Be cautious. Always check expiration dates and don’t trust the food unless you plan to cook it immediately. Definitely not worth the drive or the money. I won’t be returning.

Mayo Oriental is focused on Filipino foods, and also has some items we've seen in other Asian stores. It's a small store, with many frozen (and some fresh) fish, meats, vegetables, etc. that we've never encountered before.
