Beachwalk Condominiums — Attraction in Panama City Beach

Booked through Vacasa and stayed at beachwalk 14F. If I could give 0 stars I would. The floors were dirty, there was an infestation of caterpillars and roaches, the TVs do not work, shower downstairs does not work, dryer does not get hot. We paid for all of these accommodations and didn’t get any. We had to leave a day early due to the big infestation on the floors, in the sinks and shower upstairs. We called multiple times with promises of hearing back from property manager “Ashley” or “April” and never heard back from anyone. I even emailed my complaint photos to Ceaser Gonzalez with no response.

A man shows up claiming to be maintenance to fix a laundry room door but there wasn’t a door on the frame to begin with. We inform him this and he insisted on coming in and going upstairs to take a picture to send to property manager. He had no uniform, no identification and wouldn’t take no as an answer.

A few more things to add: the beach is a LONG 15 minute walk. Not 6. And that is to the beach sidewalk - you have to cross the busy rd.

All the blinds are broken and there is no privacy in the evening.

The back porch area was COVERED in cigarette buds and fishing wire. The screen for the sliding door was ripped off and laying on the ground.

The upstairs sliding door DOES NOT LOCK and is easily accessible...

Well I dont know where to begin but me and my family had reservation for 3 days and 2 nights at 14F. We got inside and sum what unpacked to find a few roaches running around but after that we also found bed bugs on pillows and bed so we called the front Vacase and the property manger called us about the problem and gave us another apartment. We arrived at the apartment the tried to gain access wit the code she gave me after several tries we soon found out that it was occupied this was a terrible feeling. I had to prove to the lady that was in the room that the property manger made a big mistake. I call back to the property manger and told her what happened and she had to find us another room at this time it was around 12:00am. The property manager called back and said they had one on the 23rd floor vs I had booked an apartment on ground level, to get to the point I ended up driving home 180 miles at 2am in the morning. The property manager said that her corporate office didn't have and lower level room and will have to give a refund 5-7 business days. Ruined my birthday and family vacation if I could I would ha gave this place...

Booked through Vacasa, there was a roach infestation in the house. They did not address it until the end of my stay. The couches, carpets and walls were filthy. We had to cover everything with bedsheets in order to have somewhere to sit. This was not addressed to the end of my stay. The only reason they addressed it was because I filed a complaint with the health department. They refused to move us to another unit. They ignored my concerns from check-in and said "we are experiencing high call volumes" every single day. AVOID THIS PLACE AND COMPANY. The thermostat would not go below 70 during record high heat. The bathtubs would not drain because they were clogged and we had to shower in a puddle of dirty water. We found a used band-aid in the bathroom by the trash bin. I cannot make this up. Run down...
