I looked up and found beach access 70 and 71 so I could take my picture under each. I am in PCB for a week. I'm 70 but turn 71 in June. It was very windy (25+ mph winds). Panama City Beach has the most beautiful white sandy beaches. There is always plenty to do even when it's too windy to sit out on the beach.

No parking lots,a lot of cars, very difficult to find parking spot on the side of road. No restrooms and water stations

This is my favorite spot, almost don't want to share that tidbit lol but it's a good spot between stores and far enough from the pier. Quiet and not so many hotels...
