Fantastic Adventure and Team Building Fun! My friends and I had an incredible time at Number One Escape Room! From the moment we stepped in, the atmosphere was thrilling and mysterious. The staff were friendly and set the perfect tone for our adventure. The room itself was ingeniously designed with challenging puzzles that kept us on our toes the entire time. Each clue led seamlessly to the next, making us feel like real detectives solving a mystery. What impressed me most was the attention to detail in the room's decor and storyline. It truly felt immersive, like we were transported to another world for an hour. The puzzles were varied and required us to think outside the box, which made the experience both exhilarating and rewarding. We managed to escape (with just a few minutes to spare!), and the sense of accomplishment was unbeatable. It was a fantastic way to bond with friends and test our teamwork skills under pressure. I can't wait to come back and try another room! If you're looking for a memorable and thrilling adventure, I highly recommend Number One Escape Room. It's perfect for friends, families, or even team-building events. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

My friends and I came here around 8:50pm on a Tuesday evening to utilize our all inclusive go pass while visiting the area. The next showing for was "The Cabin" at 9:15pm. At first, it looks like it's closed, but it's not. When you ring the bell for assistance, a door seemingly opened by itself, which was scary lol. There are 6 room options with half being "scary" and the other less so. We had to watch a video that went over the rules , including what we couldn't do such as climbing and forcing things before going into the room. After the video, we started the game. We got a walkie talkie to get clues, as needed. You cannot have electronics but they have a free locker for you to utilize. Man, for me, I'm easily frightened. The cabin one got me with all the sounds and other surprises. It was really fun, though! My two friends and I made it out with 14 minutes to spare! For the one we did, we got an hour to do it. I enjoyed it, honesty! One thing to note is that the walls are kinda thin. We could hear other people doing their rooms, but fortunately none were doing ours. If do it again!

One of the best escape rooms I have ever been to. We only had a chance to go through 2 of their rooms, but both were great. Before you even begin, their front door had a puzzle to solve (very cool) and each experience was multi-room and had a variety of different types of puzzles and games. We did 3 and 4 people and I feel like that was a perfect number of people l, though I know you could do more in some. The games each had a "bonus" puzzle and the games all started with a really cool introductory video to introduce the game and the background story. I believe we were in some of the easier rooms, but they still provided challenges and obstacles to overcome in creative and fun ways. If you are looking for the best escape room experience on the strip, consider this place highly recommended. We did get to briefly meet the owner and it was obvious that she loves escape rooms and has worked diligently to make them varied and enjoyable. I can't wait to come back to Vegas and see what new and exciting experiences she has concocted for next time! Highly recommend.

We were a family of 5 where only really 3 of us were participating (My brother, his GF and myself), his kid (10) and my mom were really just there for being part of the team hehe.

Anyways, I've done 23 rooms atm, most of which are highly ranked by ER enthusiasts are the top ones to do in New York, Las Vegas, California and Louisiana and I can say that The Cabin is def one of the rooms I would recommend to new players. The reason for this is that it has fairy easy puzzles in an almost linear path and most of them are pretty straight forward, plus the room is really fun to do due to the level of detail put into it and the props/effects used.

Now, this causes an issue for experienced players... it ends up being a bit short. We managed to complete it in about 40 mins and we weren't really rushing through, plus, a prop did not work and just that took about 3-5 minutes off our time. The top 3 scores for the room were also just below or around the 30 minute mark so that kind of indicates what I'm saying. Ok so being an enthusiast I understand why this happens and how you just can't create a room that is going to take around the same avg time for newbies and veterans so I'm not saying its a bad thing, I actually recommend you give it a try but I wish I would have been warned about this before hand, especially since I asked via facebook and talked to a rep about which room he'd recommend and I mentioned what I was looking for and that I was an enthusiast.

Apart from that little detail, it was really fun and we felt that they actually had various opportunities to make it even better by adding a little more scares or tension at certain points of the game. Actually, one of the ways they can do this is making the bonus puzzle harder and/or longer (more steps). That would be a good way to cater to both beginners and experts who would obviously have the time to continue and dig deeper into the story/adventure.

I would also like to mention that I knew this was not thier hardest room (they have one which is harder) but I think I would rate this one just a little lower that what it is right now, 3/5 instead of 4/5.

Hope this is helpful to all of those looking for a great...

I’ve been three times now with my family. We enjoyed the rooms. They are very detailed and it is definitely a full hour of fun. The first two times we went we had a really great greeting us with smiles and, they understood my situation where I have a nonverbal disabled three-year-old who accompanies me wherever I go, and she uses an iPad tablet with a program to communicate because she does not talk . They make you lock up all of your devices so that you cannot record and the first two times that we went the staff were very understanding about my daughters disability and kindly allowed us to have her tablet in there so that she could communicate with us. This last time that we went, I was bringing family from out of town to check it out because I kept raving about how cool this place was and how great and accommodating they always were. And I must say, I was highly disappointed in the staff that we interacted with on this third time. The girl who greeted us this past, Sunday was very rude and short with us never once smiled, and she would not allow me to bring my daughters iPad, in even after I explained that that is her device for communication since she is nonverbal and disabled. I did not really get to enjoy my hour there because my daughter was literally freaking out that she did not have her device with her for the hour and was screaming most of the time. When our hour was up, we did not get the usual offer to take a picture outside of our escape room or anything. The girl just ignored us and we walked out. She was very rude, and it kind of made me not want to go back there to try out the rest of the rooms as we planned. The people I brought from out of town did not enjoy it. So other than one bad employee who needs a little lesson in a customer service, this is a...

Very disappointed in this experience. The game masters are very hands off. They instruct you to leave any doors you find open so they’ll know what you’ve found if you ask for a clue. They’ll also flat out ask you—okay so what all have you found so far? Have you found this or that. They also told us if anything in the room didn’t work to leave and come find them to let them know. (Shouldn’t you be monitoring us???) Towards the end we thought we were running out of time so we asked for a bunch of clues back to back—it would have been nice if one of them had said “hey you still have 15 mins—not the 4 mins you thought u had”. So it’d have been nice to have a countdown timer that was visible in each room. At the conclusion—there was no commentary regarding our progress, stats or comparisons on how other people did, or photo opportunities. Just “have a good night”. We did the Cabin room and it was rated 3/5 for difficulty. One complaint I had was that you could unlock a cabinet with a clue and then learn later on that the cabinet actually held 2 clues because once you removed the first clue there was a trap door hiding a second clue. Seems kind of lazy to me. Why doesn’t each clue have its own area. (That may be part of the difficulty rating—but it was new for me.) Overall the room was fun and challenging but having disengaged game masters made the entire experience suck. Would...
