Dollar Tree — Attraction in Paramount

This stores never answers the phone. I put an online order that i supposed to pick up in person at this store and i received the email that my order was ready to pick up, i went to the store and they told me my order was not there. They told me contact customer service which i did customer service needed to confirm with store manager that my order was not there and they never answer. Customer service told me that they deliver every wednesday to the dollar trees to check with them if my order was ready this Wednesday. I called customer service again and they are trying to reach out the store and they dont answer. I want to get my refund because i dont have my order and they just told me that i will get my order. I purchased a gift card for my mother. The following day she tried to spend it and was told it only had .57 cents when I purchased $100. Went to the store to let them know and they couldn’t do nothing, said I had to file a claim. My bank couldn’t help me, called the mecys store and sent me a denial letter about not being able to get refunded. I lost my money. Be careful when purchasing gift cards. Never again. No one...

Better than I expected. I always felt like Dollar Tree was the place you go to if the 99 cent only store is too far, but this particular location actually has some good stuff, and they tend to add more things regularly.
