i come here often. my coworkers and i will show up later sometimes (later as in 10 and the store closes at 11) because we have strange hours. most of the employees are usually always kind, helpful, and understanding and im sorry to leave a one star review on behalf of one employee. however, i’ve now had a negative experience with the same employee twice in a row. the first time, me and one of my other coworkers were looking for personal health items we needed as other stores weren’t open. we knew exactly what we needed, were in there fast, probably got there at around 10:20 and left by at least 10:50 if not earlier. an older woman walked by us in the personal care section, stopped, and said “we’re closing soon.” we looked at her and said thank you, but she continued to stand there and roll her eyes like we were doing something wrong. target had not even done their announcement over the loudspeakers urging customers to finish up yet. this was the end of the interaction, and while it was annoying, was not enough for us to go home and leave a review. however, tonight i am writing this review because this employee is honestly making me not want to return. same deal: we walk in later, but not late enough to be annoyed. i get it, we work long hours too: you want to go home! but this is your job and you close at 11. i wouldn’t even consider giving a customer attitude for being in the store until at least 5 minutes before close. anyway, the moment we walk inside at 10:15, the older woman IMMEDIATELY says “we’re closing soon.” once again, just that and nothing else. at this point we remember her and just keep walking. about five/ten minutes later, my coworker was in the changing room and needed me to exchange sizes for her really quick so i went to grab a different size. the woman sees me grabbing the item and once again, says “we’re closing soon.” at this point im annoyed so i look at her and say “i know”. she then responds “well our changing room lights are going off now.” i just said “maam, im just exchanging something” and walked away while she once again rolled her eyes. mind you, my friend was IN the changing rooms with an employee right there and they were absolutely not turned off nor did anyone try to dissuade us from using it. upsetting once again, but the real reason i’m writing this review is because after WE HAD ALREADY LEFT, paid, driven away, time is about 10:45, my coworkers mother who we had met up there and was STILL THERE, no one said a thing to her the entire time, was checking out her items and overheard this same woman calling us delinquents and names behind our backs to her other employees for absolutely no reason. we had not done anything wrong. the store closes at ELEVEN. if im actively shopping at around 10:55 feel free to say something to me but to come up to me and say “the store is closing in one minute” at 10:45 is absurd. didn’t mention this- at one point the woman saw us again and her coworkers were nearby and she turned to them asking them the time right in front of us just to tell us, yet again, that she wants us out. even the other employees looked uncomfortable from the blatant disrespect we were receiving because we looked young? not sure why but i hope this gets to her because i don’t appreciate being disrespected when i haven’t...
Read more12/23/24- Do better TARGET!! If you can't fulfil drive up orders, put that info in the app for your customers. Make Drive Up unavailable. There is that option if managers stay on it. I was 1 of many vehicles waiting in the parking lot for pick up orders and after 25 mins I finally started to drive away because it was too long. Only then did I see a small sign posted where cars were blocking them saying Drive Up wasn't available due to technical issues. Yeah right! If staffing is your issue, pay employees that work during busy holiday hours time and a half pay. Wasted gas and time. If they had set up the app to say Drive up wasn't available, I would have spent that time on line inside waiting for my order. No way I was going to wait another 20 mins or more.
7/3/23- Poor planning and performance Target. This is the only store that I'll place pick up orders from, until recently. I had a shorter pick up window due to refrigerated items in my order. Let them know I was on my way, then arrived and there are zero parking available for pick up orders..so I put my hazard lights on as instructed. I knew there would likely be a wait, but this was ridiculous. I couldn't go in to wait again to get the order. During that time I was there waiting, not one Target worker came out to deliver order to people. Not 1! I was in shock because they are usually so good. I stayed as long as I could before having to leave to get to where I needed to go. Now I need to place the order again, but I'm going to pick up at a different store. A manager or someone should have come outside to talk to customers I'd they were havubf a big issue with pick ups inside the store. I picked up order during the busy Christmas season and they were on top of it. This was a fail!
5/2022 This is a great Target if you go during off peak hours, otherwise it's a zoo getting in and out. Very organized and neat store when it isn't a holiday or back to school when the store is over run...
Read moreThis has got to be the worst store around the area, but the others aren’t much better. There are multiple cash registers, but they are all empty because only 2 are being serviced by employees. It’s great that there are plenty of self check out registers, but what good are they when there is an error every time an item is scanned and an employee has to come and fix the issue???? Not to mention the customer service/pickup/returns lines and service… slow and like I said NO EMPLOYEES EVER. I was there a few nights ago, like 9 pm thinking the lines won’t be long… they weren’t but a gentleman was waiting for customer service and so was I, to make a return. He was waiting about 15 mins before I got there and I waited about 5-10 mins before getting someone. That someone turned out to be a manager, and when I told her that there was someone walking around the customer service counter but completely ignored myself and that gentleman when we asked if she could help us, the manager said “she doesn’t work here.” Well that’s great, but it doesn’t look like she doesn’t when she was moving around items and wearing a red target vest.. regardless the manager took my return and told the other gentleman he has to wait for the “other order pickup employee”. He was livid and I would be too. She didn’t even help locate this man and didn’t look like she cared enough to want to help. Pure ignorance and disregard for their job. I’m not asking for anyone to give me royal treatment, just do that job that you signed the job...
