Disheartening Experience at The Lightbulb Store
I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with my recent experience at The Lightbulb Store, owned by Larry. Contrary to his seemingly harmless demeanor, I found him to be misleading and untrustworthy.
Initially, I approached the store with clear intentions, presenting a specific light bulb sample to avoid any misunderstandings, as I intended to purchase over twenty units. However, after three days of waiting for my delivery, I received the incorrect items. Upon addressing this issue with Larry, he assured me that the correct bulbs would be ordered. Unfortunately, after yet another three-day wait, the replacement bulbs were also incorrect.
When I requested a refund, Larry informed me that he could only offer store credit, which I found to be utterly unacceptable given the circumstances. This lack of accountability is both unprofessional and indicative of a larger issue. My situation escalated to the point where I had to involve the police, yet even they were met with defiance from Larry.
Regrettably, it appears that I am left with no choice but to dispute the charge with my credit card company or consider further legal action. This business looks to exploit its customers, and I strongly advise against patronizing The Lightbulb...
Read moreI needed a couple bulbs ASAP, and he had what I needed. However they were obviously Chinese knockoff. And they did not fit the housing that I had correctly. He also gouged me on the price. When I found out they were not going to fit I brought them back and he exchanged them. After doing a little more research, I found a higher wattage bulb, which is what I was looking for in the first place and it was made by ge, not some knock off.
