"Beg Bugs!!!" "BEG BUGS" Hundreds of beg bugs found in the middle of night on the bed, pillow, quilt, my pajama... Totally a nightmare! Worst experience in my lift and so gross so disgusting!
Lying staffs!!! The next morning when I reported it to front desk, front desk said they didn't have reports of bed bugs FROM THAT ROOM!!! WTH, meaning there's beg bugs reported in other rooms! So literally it's pretty sure that the whole hotel has beg bugs. It's only that some guest didn't find it as beg bugs only came out during mid nights. If you are lucky, you may not even know such problem! However, you bring beg bugs from home, which is a total disaster/ worst nightmare to your home! As it spread widely and really difficult to get rid of!!! It's pretty sure that the hotel must know this problem but still offer the rooms to guests. Liars! Gross!
The front desk kept lying! When I asked to get a bug killer spray to clean my luggages. He said that they didn't have such thing. Guess what, I saw it in the housekeeping cart just before I came to the front desk. I confronted them. Then they finally gave me one.
It's a hotel I couldn't staying there even 1 more second. So I requested to leave immediately though I booked 5 nights in total. They said they could only allow me to change to another room. Are you serious? I showed them tens of pictures which tens of bed bugs in the room. The finally I was offered to check out early. That's what I got so far. I'm still reporting this serious problem to their management. It's a shame for this terrible hotel!
What's the consequence and problem caused by beg bugs? They will ruin your home as beg bugs are easily spread out with your cloths and luggages. If you bring it home, you can expect your beg room full of beg bugs during the night, probably when you fall asleep. And one night you will find yourself covered by beg bugs!!! Grosssssss! Two days after leaving the hotel, I found my neck, legs, arms very itchy, inflammation... I'm in pain. It's such a painful nightmare hotel experience. And to avoid bring beg bugs to my house, I had to throw away always all my cloths and luggages.
Shame on this hotel. A total nightmare! Never...
Read moreI rapidly booked 2 nights here because it was late and I was desperate, and didn't have time to review the comments from previous guests. The rating was 3 out of 5, plus they had a low rate & free breakfast, so it seemed to check my minimum requirements. All I can say is having stayed here, I can assure you that 99.9% of any positive rating or comment is a fake done by management. Notice for every bad review that has actual details on why it's bad, there is quickly an offsetting, non-descriptive positive (obvious fake) review done by management. The pattern is so obvious LOL and keeps them at 3 stars or higher. Buyer beware! Always read the recent comments and if there are inconsistencies, always go with the bad reviews! I booked a double queen bed room. Upon arrival, I asked to get a room on the quiet side of the hotel (there is busy road on the front side of the hotel). The manager said the hotel was full and he couldn't change it, but 'trust me, you'll like your room'. The room we got was only 1 queen bed and a pullout sofa. I pulled out the bed in the sofa and it was hideous, with torn fabric, springs busting out and a box of condoms under the mattress. My wife almost fell through the mattress when she tried to sit on it. I went back to demand my 2 queen bed room... "oh that's weird, it's showing up in my system as a 1 queen room'...obvious lie. So he then assigned me the correct room (I thought the hotel was fully booked? Lie). But here is the kicker. This hotel is housing a large number of homeless people and get subsidies from the government to pay for them. You would never know that as a guest...I found out from a staff member. The homeless hoard alot of the free breakfast food and take it back to their rooms (even though there are signs saying you can't do that). I have nothing against homeless people but guests should know about this in advance, because it does have an obvious impact on the property. Other bad things I witnessed were locked doors propped open and strong marijuana smell in halls. As another commenter posted, the bath towels looked like used shop rags. I didn't feel safe in this hotel at all. I would never...
Read moreSet your expectations really low and you won't be disappointed. Location was good for what we needed, but overall a poor quality hotel with nice, but generally unhelpful staff.
My experience was: the hotel is dated and 'worn out'. The front desk staff had limited knowledge of front desk operations, my request to unlock the door adjoining the two rooms we had was acknowledge and they said they would, but never did. The iron in one room did not work. The rooms were not air conditioned when vacant, to it was about 80 degrees when we checked in. The rooms smelled stuffy, stale and smoked (it was a non-smoking room). The cleaning crew had recently (I think) mopped the floors in the elevator area on the first floor because it remakes of way too much pine-sol. In the morning, the cleaning staff hogged the elevators with staff and cleaning carts. Most staff we encountered didn't speak English, so questions went unanswered. The front desk staff spoke English, but with such a heavy accent we could only understand one of the two (and kept having to ask him to repeat himself before we could understand). The food delivery truck delivered in the front of the hotel (vs the back) and blocked the driveway completely. Cleaning staff were out to do their jobs; to hell if customers were in their way, they just kept going. The breakfast area staff mostly just sat there. Tables, counters and food areas weren't cleaned until the end of the breakfast hours. They were nice and polite, but they sat around the whole time, didn't do anything to keep the area clean or food restocked; they just sat and waited until 9:00. Lastly, the wifi was so slow that it was unusable. My cellular connection was faster than the wifi.
If you need a place to put your head down, this place will get you by for a night or two. Or, if your a drug dealor and need a place to operate out of, this hotel might do. If your looking for any level of quality or service, this is...
