Read moreIt was our first time skiing in Deer Valley and we went Monday & Tuesday last week. We have the Ikonpass and made reservations weeks in advance. It snowed both days and we heard from others that there was a big storm during the weekend that they had to close the lifts. It wasn’t very busy and there were no lift lines. The resort offered shuttles from the parking lot but the shuttle drop off is a long walk with stairs to the Main base. Glad that they had very nice lodges since it got chilly when snowing. I am surprised that they don’t have gondolas for how expensive the lift tickets are. We are skiers and it is great not to have snowboarders. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
