Deer Valley Ski Resort is the pinnacle of luxury skiing and an absolute dream for ski enthusiasts. From the moment you arrive, the exceptional service and attention to detail set it apart from other resorts. The staff is incredibly friendly, helping with everything from valet ski service to offering warm greetings at every turn. The meticulously groomed runs, breathtaking mountain views, and perfectly maintained slopes make for an unparalleled skiing experience. The resort limits the number of daily lift tickets, ensuring that the slopes are never overcrowded, which means more time skiing and less time waiting in lines. Deer Valley is known for its top-tier amenities, including world-class dining options both on and off the slopes. The lodges are cozy yet elegant, offering delicious gourmet meals and warm fireplaces that make for the perfect après-ski experience. Whether you’re a beginner or an expert, the resort has a variety of terrain to suit all skill levels. The ski school is top-notch, with patient, knowledgeable instructors who make learning both fun and effective. And for those who love deep powder, the resort’s tree skiing and glades offer an exhilarating challenge. If you’re looking for a five-star ski experience with impeccable service, pristine slopes, and a touch of luxury, Deer Valley is simply unmatched. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommended!

Deer Valley Ski Resort has been a part of our family tradition for 30 years, and it never disappoints. From their world-class ski school—where our kids learned to ski with confidence and now tackle double black diamonds—to the impeccable slopes, this resort is a skier’s dream. The terrain offers a great mix for all levels, and the runs are meticulously maintained. You’ll also appreciate the courteous and experienced skiers who create a safe and enjoyable environment. The amenities are top-notch. Their food stands out—don’t miss the beef chili and salad bar, family favorites. Overnight ski storage is complimentary, making it easy to take the bus right to the resort’s front door. We recommend staying near a bus stop for convenience. Renting equipment? Do it at Deer Valley the evening before (open until 6 p.m.) to save time and ensure easy adjustments. Clean restrooms, friendly staff, and a seamless experience make Deer Valley exceptional. It’s just a 45-minute drive from Salt Lake City Airport, making travel simple. Whether you’re new to skiing or a seasoned pro, Deer Valley is worth every moment. We’ve cherished it for decades and can’t recommend it enough.

It was our first time skiing in Deer Valley and we went Monday & Tuesday last week. We have the Ikonpass and made reservations weeks in advance. It snowed both days and we heard from others that there was a big storm during the weekend that they had to close the lifts. It wasn’t very busy and there were no lift lines. The resort offered shuttles from the parking lot but the shuttle drop off is a long walk with stairs to the Main base. Glad that they had very nice lodges since it got chilly when snowing. I am surprised that they don’t have gondolas for how expensive the lift tickets are. We are skiers and it is great not to have snowboarders. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our experience.
