Been here twice now… Brasserie 7452 in Deer Valley Park City is an absolute delight in fine dining. It’s located in the heart of the mountains, the restaurant’s ambiance is second to none, providing a cozy yet elegant atmosphere that is perfect for a romantic dinner or a sophisticated night out. You literally have to take a ski lift to get there!
The service is impeccable. From the moment you walk in, the staff treats you with a warm and attentive approach, ensuring that every part of your dining experience is flawless. They are knowledgeable about the menu and willing to make recommendations tailored to your taste.
As for the food, it is a culinary masterpiece. I had the pleasure of enjoying their lobster roll followed by the duck poutine, which were both prepared to perfection. The flavors are rich, inventive, and perfectly balanced, highlighting the chef’s skill and attention to detail.
We believe the outside dinning and the VIEWS are just outstanding and memorable, so please bring your best night out outfit and take lots of pics!
We spend close to $750.00. We were also 7 people! However, the value for money is fair, with generous portions that justify every penny. Considering the quality of the ingredients, the expert preparation, and the overall experience, the prices are very reasonable.
Anyway, Brasserie 7452 is a must-visit for anyone looking for top-notch cuisine in a stunning setting. It’s a perfect example of what a high-end dining experience should be. Absolutely recommended!

Read moreTonight my wife, our two friends and myself had the privilege to experience what a transformational dining experience truly is.
Let me paint a picture for you first. You slowly ascend and start your adventure by taking one of the funicular cars up. With a backdrop of crisp cold snow peppering the windows, it was something an artist could not even envisioned.
Here’s a pro tip: be sure to get there at 5:30 to witness the story telling and sabering of a bottle of champagne. A tradition that is carried out each day.
After that, we proceeded into the dining area and were teamed up with our master of ceremony, our deliverer of delicious dining, our waitress for the evening, Sam Eagle. Let me add, Sam is one of the best servers I have had in my life, because she focused around the experience and not the transaction. She had the entire bar it seemed like and made it seamless and flawless which led to us ordering more and more.
Her advice did not disappoint. Everything she suggested pounded our taste buds into submission from cocktails to crab claws, we found ourselves wanting more and more after each bite. I felt as though this truly was something out of Disney World because Sam made miracles and dreams happen one after another.
I was also extremely honored to have received Sam’s St. Regis Pin which was her ten year pin. I teared up a bit. I beg and urge you, if you have the time and want to make a memory that you will never forget, come to Brasserie 7452 and ask...
Read moreI have been to this specific restaurant many times and often bring visitors here because the views, food and cocktails although pricey are very usually very good. However, my experience yesterday afternoon was rather frustrating. The hostess informed us that there was a wasp problem and offered to have us sit inside. We came for the views and really wanted to sit outside and decided that we could probably handle a few wasps, thinking not a huge deal. We were walked over to our table and essentially saw a swarm of them. Another staff member encouraged us to sit inside especially since we had small children and we agreed. The hostess then said to us condescendingly, “I warned you.” Which she absolutely had, but definitely didn’t make it clear that we’d essentially be sitting in a wasp hive. The problem doesn’t end there. We were seated promptly inside where we were accosted by wasps for the entire meal. I can’t even tell you many wasps I personally killed with my sandal before we eventually asked staff to shut the door to prevent the wasps from coming inside. We had a few moments of reprieve before the door was propped open again and the attack resumed. Beside the wasp situation the staff were dismissive and the service was subpar. Not my usual experience. I will say the food was good. I will probably be back as the location and natural setting are amazing, but I hope to god that the wasp and service situation...
