The staff here was so horribly rude, I'd never go back. Susan who was handing out the hot cocoa and cookies during the torch parade last night made my son VERY upset by accusing him of stealing. Then when we tried to return upstairs to the Apres area we were told we "didn't belong" upstairs. I had sent my kids before me and they made them wait in the cold until I got there and had to argue with the staff that the rest of my family was already upstairs and we already had a running tab/table. Snow Park Lodge hosts the annual Adopt-A-Native-Elder Annual Rug Show and Sale, which is worth attending each and every year. I so look forward to this event! Circa 30 Navajo weavers and their families to come to Park City to share their culture with visitors and to sell their rugs and jewelry. They return home with ALL proceeds from their sales. People working and other patrons were some of the rudest people we've ever encountered. Very disappointed with the overall experience.
