Izbushka Spa — Attraction in Parker

If you are booking at this location I would be specific on requesting a Russian therapist if you are booking for reasons of having a deep tissue therapist since it is a “Russian spa”. Owner lacks customer service skills which is very sad taking away from such potential. I have been to the Denver location and loved my experience so much I couldn’t wait to bring my friend back with me. Since the Denver location has remodel issues due to a fire I booked the location out in Parker which is under new ownership. While in my session I had to ask for more pressure over three times and was very disappointed I did not have a Russian therapist. Since I was there with a friend I did not stop the session. I paid over $400 for our service and probably more with the cbd upgrade plus Tipping each therapist very fairly. I called back a few days later asking for a discount on only my massage session or the cbd upgrade since I was not satisfied with my massage. The owners response was “well you should have ended your session 30/40 mins in and I would have been happy to not charge you, which would have not been a problem if I was there alone . I am not disappointed in the location, cleanliness of the spa or even the therapist (if I wasn’t expecting deep tissue) . I own my own studio in Lakewood and I am disappointed with the lack of customer service and concern for my feelings of not feeling like I paid for a fair service. I used to work with Jay and Olga (the main therapist from Russia who were at the Denver location) so I have had many Russian therapist who he was very deep tissue. I was offered to come back and have a massage that would have been comped and I would have been happy to do so if the drive wasn’t an hour and 20 mins round trip. I will not be back to this location due to new ownership and lack of respect or concern for new clients. Very disappointing because I would have been a regular customer and referred a lot of people there. Hopefully other people who have a disappointing experience are treated more fairly. You would think you would rather take care of your clients so they come back instead of treating them like they mean nothing. After reading more reviews from other customers and your response is an eye roll emoji just speaks for itself alone the type of person...

PARKER LOCATION*Absolutely horrible experience and I didn't even walk in the door. I called the Parker location on Sep 23rd at about 4:00pm to hopefully make an appointment for the following day. The receptionist (who would not identify herself) at the Parker location was so incredibly rude that after sleeping on it I decided not to spend my money with this company. When I called first thing the next morning, Sep 24th at 9:00am to cancel my appointment (because of how she was treating me). She explained that they require 24 hours notice for cancellations or charge 50%. I explained to her that I just made the appointment with her the day before (just hours before) so that rule can't really apply. I followed by trying to explain how she was speaking was incredibly rude to which she responded by cutting me off "I don't care, I don't care" then hung up on me. I had been to the Denver locations years ago and wanted to treat my son to a spa treatment for a few hours for his 16th birthday; I called there but no one answered so I just opted to try the Parker location...BIG MISTAKE! As a person in the service industry- anonymous receptionist should know better and do better or get another job. Perhaps as a lawn mower where you don't have to...

This is by far the neatest, specialist and best spa experience I've encountered! My husband came here to celebrate our 1 wedding anniversary. We did the Izba Spa Special. They have the perfect couples room! They have two tablea in there with it's own private two seater hot tub, sauna and shower. The decor is beautiful and relaxing. To start, we did 15 mins in the private hot tub, then situated ourselves on the beds for an hour long full body massage. Sarah was fantastic, and Igor's massage on my husband was the best he said he'd ever had! The music is soft and sweet. Perfect for a massage. After the wonderful massage, we made our way into the sauna for our banya session. If you've never done this, you are missing out! It is truly sensational! We received two differnet steams. The first was eucalyptus and orange, and the second eucalyptus and lavendar. Then he brought in oak leaves with water and tapped us with them. It brought the steam down better into our pores :-) Then we covered us in honey to work the pores deeper. The best part though? The cool water dump after being in 140° for 15 mins!
