My sister and I had the most awful experience at this store. We were there for almost 3 hours setting up a new business plan. While we were there, the person who was helping us took several personal calls and was swearing while I had my 2 year old with me. That should have been a sign that we should run, but we were already over an hour in so we stayed. What a mistake. They had told us we would get a $500 credit towards a new phone each, then, again after about an hour and a half in, they told us they made a mistake and we wouldn't get a credit at all. We still went through with the plan because the monthly cost was the least we had been quoted by any other phone service. Now, 6 weeks later, we received our first bill and it's double the cost they told us it would be. I've talked to three different customer service representatives over the phone and they've told me there's no way to get the bill to the $150 mark, which is what this store told us it would be. The person I talked to on the phone said, verbatim, "sometimes the people in the stores lie just to try to get you to sign up" What? How is that an acceptable practice in 2020? We wanted to cancel but were told that since we are past 30 days since we signed our contract, we'd have to pay for our phones in full before cancelling. So, we are stuck with this awful company until our contract expires. Do yourself a favor and listen to your gut where we did not. This is not an ethical company and we are very disappointed in...
Read moreDO NOT TRUST THE EMPLOYEES AT THIS LOCATION! I learned my lesson the hard way. I went to this store to purchase an Apple Watch with cellular to add to my AT&T account. They didn’t have the one I wanted in stock so the lady helping me offered to order it to ship to my house, which I agreed to. I didn’t see the lady’s screen as she was ordering it for me, but I now know I should have insisted that I see it as she placed my order. Two days later, my watch was delivered. The next evening, three days later, I received an email welcoming me to their AT&T Protect Advantage plan for an additional $17 a month plus tax. I AM LIVID. I immediately logged into my account, found the add-on the woman added to my account WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR PERMISSION, and cancelled it. However, I’m sure I will see some sort of prorated amount charged to my account that I will have to pay. So I highly recommend NOT giving this location your business so that you don’t end up with additional monthly charges for extra services that you never authorized. Or, at the very least, do NOT allow these people to order anything on your behalf. Just go home and order it online yourself if they don’t have what you want in stock. I would love to know what kind of kick back this disgusting employee...
Read moreLast year my wife and I switched to FirstNet, or at least we thought we did. After our first trip to an AT&T store we were told we had been switched over, but later learned we had not. We then went to a different store and found out the first guy hadn’t installed the requisite SIM card into our phones so we had not actually been on the FirstNet network. This guy did the best he could, but he had an incredibly tough time getting us switched over. After two separate trips to this second store, several hours spent waiting around and being screwed out of approx. $300 by AT&T we finally got switched over. We would later find that the service was horrible and we frequently had no service. After a couple calls to customer service we were told that our phones were too old to be compatible with FirstNet, which neither of the store employees who we dealt with seemed to be aware of. I don’t blame them for this, it appears rather to be a lack of training on AT&T’s behalf. We eventually got fed up with the horrible service and came to this Parker store to get new phones. Landan and Elijah were very helpful in getting us set up. And Landan did his best to take care of us and reconcile our horrible previous experiences. He was very accommodating and we highly...
