Cuisine Express — Restaurant in Parma Heights

I am sooo disappointed. I used to come to yorktown for everything until they started to make changes the past year or so. One of the main reasons because its family owned and used to be so personable. They stopped taking orders over the phone and because I was paying in cash, I had to go in and order on a kiosk and then stand there to wait for my food. They now charge $1 per minute per order of wings if you want them well done. Ontop of that it is $4 per order of wings for sauce. After paying their extra fees and standing their waiting, I brought the food home only to have to rebake the wings becuse they were still underdone and very slimy. I also did not recieve any of the ranch I paid for. Now i have 40 wings that no one will eat because the sauce is baked off of them and we have no ranch. Very upset. I get shrimp their every Wednesday and always call ahead and today when I picked my shrimp up I was not informed of an increase but charged a higher price. I was confused until I got my receipt and seen i was charged more then asked the person behind the counter and was told shrimp when up in price this week and there's nothing they can do because the order was already made and was given a flyer for next time. I feel a good business owner would let their customers know of a huge jump in price ahead of time incase they didnt have enough to cover the price. I've been ordering here for years and have recently become more and more disappointed. Ordered some wings tonight and paid extra to have them cooked properly aka "extra time" which is absolutely ludicrous. Sadly, as you can see in the picture, they charged me extra but did not bother to cook them properly. I also ordered a side of blue cheese which I had to pay for and did not receive. What used to be a great place to get some quality food is now sadly somewhere I wouldn't recommend...
