What a beautiful store and a beautiful selection of items. I found a pipe I really liked but it had smudges. I brought it to Sean's attention. We had a pleasant conversation as he "wiped" them and quickly wrapped it up. He said it may be sticker glue. I did not notice these smudges were still present until I got home. They were permanent and as big as a thumbprint. Etching fluid I guess. What a terrible way to do business. I was not offered a discount or the ability to make an alternative choice. Cali and Sean are FANTASTIC!! I came in just browsing now sure of what I wanted. Not only did they take their time to show show me different pieces, they explained to me how everything was made and what might be best for me.
