First of all let me start by saying that I am not someone who goes to jewelry stores. I needed some repairs done on my wedding bands due to the weight loss I had so I knew I needed to get my rings resized, cleaned, and a new diamond because one of my diamonds came out of my ring.
The first person I met upon entering the store was Bret. Not only was he a nice guy but he was super knowledgeable too!!! We chatted for a bit. He made me feel like he wasn't just out to get money but he truly cared, and valued me as a customer/person. I felt at ease leaving my rings with him. He reassured me that my wedding bands would be ready in exactly one week.
Fast forward a week later Bret called me to tell me my rings were all done! I eagerly went to pick them up, and was greeted by a new face. I didn't catch the gentleman's name but he was kind too. Then Bret came out, and they had me try my rings on. They fit so good, and look like new again!!! The gentlemen made sure they fit me, looked good, and made sure I was pleased before leaving. That's the kind of service you can only dream of it seems anymore but not when you go to Jeds!! It's reality all the time.

Cash4Gold offered me $100.00 less and the man was not very friendly. Needless to say I went back to Jed-fi.

Read moreLast Tuesday I went to Jed Jewelers to settle a situation with a ring and or a refund. Without going into detail, I left in tears knowing that I had just lost my jeweler that I had been with for over 10 years. On Thursday I received a phone call from Brett telling me a mistake had been made and he asked me to come in. I received my refund, and also was able to pick out a new ring.
