Disappointing and Uncomfortable Shopping Experience I recently visited this store with my family (mom, sister, two kids) for costume shopping. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by intrusive and discriminatory behavior from three employees. We were constantly followed and watched, with one employee removing items from our possession without asking if we were finished. Another employee pretended to shop while staring at us suspiciously. The most disturbing part was when an employee asked for my children's names, ages, and if they belonged to me. As a multiracial family, I sensed underlying racial bias. The employees' actions made us feel uncomfortable, unwelcome, and profiled. We left the store feeling disrespected and disappointed. I will not return to this store (location)again and caution others to be aware of potential discriminatory treatment. Rating: 1/5 stars (or the lowest rating option) Recommendation: Provide diversity and inclusivity training for employees to prevent similar experiences for future customers

Read moreNew location from last year... So I'm updating my review for 2022. We stopped in early in the season, so not all the animatronics were set up. This year's location is way bigger than what I remember from visiting this area last year! Still no shortage of costumes, masks, makeup, gear, decorations and collectibles. So far this was the only location that had the new Pumpkin head animatronic and that's become Kyle's favorite! Hopefully in visiting other stores, we can see it again... and hopefully Spirit Headquarters stocked this store with enough inventory to prevent someone from buying the floor model removing it from the store. There should be some sort of purchase clause, where if you wish to buy a floor model, you can't actually remove it from the store until October 15th so patrons can actually enjoy a store full of animatronics for at least...
Read moreNever have what I want ! 👎Always end up having to ordering on-line . Which are higher prices because you gotta pay to ship . I walk around certain items , no one bothers to ask if I need help . I've had to go and look for people or chase people from the back curtain to ask for they help . Very rude . They should just call it online spirit of Halloween . Never have it in store just order online only that's what they called the store. Or maybe they should have a list at the door so people can know before you go to the store for nothing . Soooooooooo disappointing everytime...
