Amazing experience from start to finish. First off, we work busy jobs where getting into a shop during the week was of course doable but not preferred. This was one of the few places we could find open on weekends.

Not just open, but what a pleasure this team was to work with. Kind, knowledgeable, honest… really the full package. We had access to an array of options but felt no pressure to go above budget, and were even encouraged in moments to choose something that was more cost effective because it made sense for what we needed. We had someone on-site measuring within the week and product came in ahead of schedule.

We felt we received an honest and fair quote, far above standard service, and a great experience to go along. One thing also highlighted to us was they have their own staff install. Many other options we considered outsource this section of the process- which gave us pause and allows for a difficult chain of ownership if things go wrong or if you have questions about instillation.

No surprise, we had no instillation issues but did have one question arise and someone was back at our place within the day. Would absolutely highly recommend. Thank you so much...

Just had shades for every window in my home done with Rich’s Home Fashion. I am blown away by the job that was completed here. From our initial contact with Nathan to the install day with Max, it was just a flawless operation. Nathan helped us come to a decision on the styles we wanted. And measured everything for us. He is just great at what he does and incredibly helpful with any questions or suggestions. When Max came to install, he made sure everything was set exactly how we wanted and the final product looks perfect.
