Hastings Village — Local services in Pasadena

If i could give ZERO i would. We were there for over an hour trying to return a defective product then purchase a better product. We were treated unfairly , accusations and implications we're being made against my husband and small children, as the rep said" because he was roaming the store", actually we we're purchasing an 800 lap top and he was walking to trade in the big toy my 2 year old daughter got for a smaller toy, he was followed and harassed. We went to complain to manager LUIS who should NOT be manager because he came out of hiding only when requested when any other manGer would already detect an issue all he said was we're closing, no apology no nothing he yelled out to call 1 800 best buy for complaints....

This is a large plaza with quite a few stores there. They have a Nordstrom rack, party City, pet store, Chipotle, Starbucks, bath & body works, Ross, Best buy and several others. There's plenty of parking but on busy days especially around holidays it can be difficult to find a spot. All of the stores are pretty well maintained and typical chain stores with the expected offerings. Never really noticed any trash laying around or suspicious people in the parking lot. I've never encountered anyone soliciting outside any of the businesses either. It's easy to park in one location and walk around to the different stores as long as you don't mind...

Compare with other locations they have better inventories but if you are buying HiFi systems stay away from magnolia period, because they are corporate they don't do any trade ins, only selling you thousands of dollars equipments. I recently switched to other hifi stores they do more for you as far as service, value and trade ins.i learned my lessons the hard way by huge purchases last few years and I was about to do another one much bigger but no luck with trade in my 1 year and half ago speakers which I bought from them and got turned down.
