I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the treatment we received during our recent visit to your Richey Street location. Unfortunately, the experience was so unwelcoming and unprofessional that we will not be returning.
Upon entering the store, we were met with clear hostility from the young employees on duty. Their demeanor was disrespectful—they rolled their eyes, gave us dismissive looks, and refused to even allow us to speak before abruptly stating they could not accommodate us. The reason for our visit is irrelevant; what matters is the complete lack of basic courtesy and professionalism we encountered.
It’s clear from several reviews that this type of behavior is not an isolated incident at this location, and we now regret not reviewing those comments beforehand. While it’s possible that our business may not be of importance to your store, it’s worth noting that Houston has hundreds—if not thousands—of dulcerias to choose from. Rude and dismissive service only serves to harm your brand’s reputation in a competitive market.
