An overall wonderful experience, both in food and customer service. I have been going to El Sol De Jalisco for around a year now, and it has always provided me with an affordable and delicious array of authentic Mexican food. The menu is so large and diverse that there is always going to be something to your tastes, whether you like quesadillas, a molcajete Friday special, or even burgers! Alongside their staff, who are very friendly and always ensure you are satisfied to the best of their abilities. I love their breakfast tacos , my favorite is papa con huevo and the bacon con huevo on corn tortillas. The Gorditas de Fajita are off the chain , I add nopales and beans which make them ever better. Both flour and corn tortilla are homemade always fresh. I prefer the green salsa over the red , I always ask for green only . Some days it’s spicier than other but always good regardless. For Togo orders you have to wait outside by the window and the waitress/waiter goes to your car to take your order if the lane is too long which I think it’s awesome they deserve a raise . Absolutely loved the food. You can taste the flavors in each dish. The carne guisada de puerco, was amazing. The chicken enchiladas were good, not the best I've ever had but I did enjoy them. The salsas were good, not the best I've ever had. The queso was good although also, not the best I've ever had. Another important factor is the food came out hot and quick.
