This is my 1st time buying flowers from here, and am absolutely embarrassed. They told me that the flowers would be delivered by 2 when I called. I called at 2:30 pm he said they were running late due to traffic mind you this place is no more than 5-10 miles if that from their shop. I told him my wife was leaving the office at 3 and all he could say was that he was sorry, but that they would be there in 30 minutes. So I had to tell my wife to stay at work for her flowers on our 1year wedding Anniversary, because I had sent her flowers. Totally ruined the surprise, and completely embarrassed me. I have never been so humiliated. Fast forward to 3:40pm I called him back because my wife is still waiting at her office for her flowers, and he said they were 2minutes away, fast forward to 3:52pm and the flowers have still not arrived. I was never offered a refund, a partial refund or a percentage off or anything. If I could give this flower shop zero stars I would. I didn’t spend 20 damn dollars here I bought a decent size bouquet and spent a pretty penny on these flowers vase and balloons. Keep y’all’s money, but y’all need to learn a thing or two about customer service and being punctual.( Especially in this line of work) y’all ruined my wife’s special day and didn’t even give a crap. One star because I was refunded the same day after I showed up at 9am (opening time) and the door was locked. Waited about ten minutes, called, nothing. Two guys showed up so I asked them about my order. They couldn’t find it. Said I placed it online Monday, and was picking it today (Friday). Gentleman said to wait about 15 minutes because she would get there. Don’t know who “she” is but she did arrive and I asked about my flowers. She said they weren’t ready and would be about 30 minutes. It was already 9:30 and the ceremony was at ten. She told the guy in Spanish that I didn’t specify a time for pickup. I showed them my emailed receipt that said “can I pick up as soon as y’all open.” She just said oh. I asked for a refund and I got the email after a couple of hours saying it was credited. I located the shop on line. The bouquets they offered were beautiful. Decided to go to the location and talk to George about Valentines Flowers and Wedding Anniversary both the same. George was informative with helping me choose. All I new was I wanted 36 Roses for 3 years. I decided on which one. George said he'd have them delivered by 10am at my wife's job.
