Dynasty Cuisine — Restaurant in Pasadena

Our boss ordered us lunch there yesterday we've never had issues with the food before I always ordered the same thing all the time which was the sesame chicken with fried rice everyone in a while I would switch it to chicken and fried rice but mostly sesame chicken never had any problems or issues with the food until yesterday usually the chicken taste different than any other place I've been too I guess because the sauce but yesterday...the food was really different tasted different I figured it was the sauce until I got down to 3 pieces when I cut a piece in half I discovered why it tasted funny the chicken was brown with a little black spot in the center I didn't eat any more I threw the rest away 20 minutes later my body started fighting something off out of nowhere I Starr getting chills and sweating shortly after I ran into the restroom to throw up what I ate came back out later on I decided to warn the business of what happened and that they needed to check their shelf life on their chicken because it made me sick the lady spoke to me like I was lying or didn't know what I was talking about I told her that she's talking to someone who's worked as a cook in restaurants for 91/2 years I know about food preparation and about shelf life on foods and the temperature its supposed to be kept in and for how long and that the chicken I was served was no good ...it's not my first time getting food poisoning from a restaurant and me I got a high immune system that if I eat something bad or spoiled it fights it off and yesterday and today my body has been doing that if you don't want to listen to me when I spoke to you on the phone about checking your product because it was spoiled maybe this will make you listen check your inventory of the meat looks brown ...

I will not be ordering from this Chinese place ever again!! When I placed my order I asked her, if there were any pictures on their website so I can make sure I am ordering what I need to order. She was then rude from the beginning and told me if there isn’t any online then( sarcastically says no). I should’ve just hung up and called another delivery place, but instead I proceeded to give her my order and described to this young lady what type of chicken I was expecting to receive, and she confirmed that what I was ordering was correct. Now that my food made it to my place of residence after spending 27 dollars (plus a 3 dollar tip) with them. The young lady was once again very rude and told me it wasn’t their fault and I would have to pay to replace it. I have never been so disrespected by someone working at a food restaurant. Then at the end of the horrible conversation I tried to get this young ladies name from her, so I can report her to her manager. Usually it is great food and service, but today ordered and they had forgotten the chopsticks for me and my wife as well as the hot oil for our rice, we called and they said they would send someone out with it but almost an hour later nothing still so we call back and ask if they are still sending it out to us and when it finally gets here they knocked and ran off leaving it on our door knob and it was only one set of chopsticks as well as one hot oil and instead of the second hot oil they gave siracha. I love this place they have great food and I come to them as often as I can even though we live 60 yards from another Chinese restaurant but they really dropped the ball today for something that was on the ticket to begin with as special instructions so it would NOT...
