Five Below — Attraction in Pasadena

Yes items are cheap, but you get what you pay for. Nothing I buy lasts more than a month, and even that's rare. I bought a few items on my last visit and as I was placing them in my car, I realized I grabbed the wrong size on something. I took it back to the store and waited at the desk where the employee was and when she saw me, she shouted from the other side of the registers to give her just a second. Okay, no problem. She then walks up to the register I'm waiting at and stares off towards the rest of the store. I assume maybe she's waiting on something, so I continue to wait. Another customer walks up to the line and asks if she can process a return with her, and she immediately helps him, I couldn't help but notice she was significantly nicer when speaking to him than when she did with me. Said customer leaves and I'm still sitting there waiting for her. Another customer walks up to check out with her, and she helps this customer as well. I was now getting impatient and asked her if she could do my return, she said yes and then let out a heavy sigh, as if I was inconveniencing her?? Anyway I finally process my return then go to find the right size of the item that I needed. I go to the self-checkout, buy my item, then start to walk out. Same employee stops me as I'm heading out and says she needs to see my receipt? Never explained to me what for, but she took it, went back to look at the item I returned, and then came back to me and I said, "I just grabbed the wrong size." She then looked me up and down and said "okay honey," in a sarcastic tone. I don't need another reason not to return to a store. I called the store and told the manager about it and he offered me a gift card for the bad service, but that won't do me any good as I don't plan on returning to pick it up, let...

I went to shop and find some ear buds and started shopping around . I came across a beautiful rug and I wanted it . It was a little high I thought I could jump up and pull it but when I did everything came down unhooked the metal gate that was holding it. I tried to hold it up as long as I could . All the rugs that were rolled up in there fell down . It was a accident there were not that many either on that shelf. But what the young man that works there came around and scolded me . He told me that I could ask for help. I didn't think I needed it at the moment. He told me now he has to clean it up and I told him I'm a customer he should not talk to a customer like that would not give me his name that worked there. He didn't ask me if I was ok. He scolded me and told me that all I had to do is ask for help . I told him it was an accident . He went on to say that I should have asked for help now he has to clean the mess. He was more upset because he had to pick it up and put it back. Later when I was checking out . I mentioned to him he didn't even ask if I was ok. He was just worried about the mess he had to clean up. Which was not much. So I don't think I want to come here anymore . I can't believe one of five below employee would speak to a customer like that. He as no business working here. And I believe they should wear name tags so we can report if customer are treated badly and to scold a customer when he gets...

I’ve never had an issue at this store. Been going to it since it opened, but something happened yesterday that I will never forget. My sister & I went to shop and I had to use the restroom really bad. I headed to the back and went into 1 of the 2 restrooms they have, and when I opened it, I thought I was in a Saw movie. It was absolutely disgusting. Pee and poop all over the toilet and floor, and it smelled so bad. I immediately walked out and tried to go into the other one SAME THING. It’s like someone strictly went in there to pee and poop everywhere and leave. I walked out and told a lady that was about to go in there “girl unless you HAVE to go, don’t. It’s extremely disgusting” a worker walked out and said “what did you say?” And I told her “these bathrooms are severely disgusting, there’s pee and poop everywhere!” And she had the AUDACITY to say “oh no, so you’re telling me I have to clean it tonight?” WHAT?! I said to her “girl….tonight? It’s 1:30, it needs to be cleaned asap. That is gross” I was absolutely flabbergasted by her response. I’ve worked in retail since for 8 years, I don’t care how busy it is, someone can hurry and clean the restroom. I hope they used a hazmat suit when she eventually cleaned it, which was probably around...
