The store is great! Never had any issues what so ever except for today! We were trying to go down the aisle with the pom-poms and glitter and there was two baskets in the way, which is no problem. I understand that things are being put on shelves I don't have an issue with that. But when the woman working down the aisle looks at my son and says that's my basket very rudely, when he just trying to move it out of my way. Also, we're looking at the glitter and he's standing in front of it looking for the color I need. He grabs 1 or 2 but it wasn't the right color puts it back and she just looks at him with a rude voice and asks "what are you doing?" I tell her he's waiting to see where you were going move. Then he was making sure he wasn't in your way. And she says no he's not. I let him continue to get the glitter that I needed. he gets it and he moves back and then as we're walking away she says wow! And I asked her did you just say wow and she said yes. I said what was that for and she's like well he's standing in front of the glitter shaking all the Glitters and I said no ma'am he touched 2 and he put it back. Of course it's glitter, some will fall off if its not closed properly. If he was being rude, running with her basket or dumping glitter all over the flooor I could understand her having an attitude but it was very uncalled for!...

I was very disappointed with their customer service. It was my first time here. When I asked for assistance for two different issues, both times two different people both of them teens, maybe 19 yrs old or so. They were both indifferent towards my concerns. One of them was supposed to be the knowledgeable one in the art department. Instead he just gave me very vague and unhelpful answers. He directed me to go to another department and I asked him where it was at, he just pointed and said it's over there on the other side of the store. "Great... thanks?" I'm thinking.

Another young man gave me a similar response. He suggested I go to the crafts area to find paint. I told him it was my first time here and so when I asked him where the paint was, he said "it's over there in crafts, on the back side of the store." He just pointed in that general direction and walked away. He looked tired and unwilling to help. Both times, either one of those kids should have walked me over to that area.

I am most likely not coming back to this store if this the kind of customer service you're going to give to a 1st...

I could stay in these stores for hours! Sometimes I do..... Until today, a year later and I will never come back to this store again. The manager is rude & not even a little bit inconspicuous. She offended the h* out of me by following me around for about 15 minutes And i'm a Customer that spends no less than a $100 every time she comes in. I'm there almost once a week but because she didn't recognize me, cuz I'm guessing she's new to this store,, followed me around like I was a petty thief & that is not acceptable,l it is not OK. I will not come back to this Hobby Lobby because of her & her outlandish behavior! At the Very least, she needs to be retrained on customer service & basic maners. She also needs to be retrained in security because she wouldn't have caught a thief wit her blatant & overly dramatic actions. And to top it off not only did she do that for that 15 minutes but after I had checked out and had my receipt and went to go complain about her she did it again. Obviously she doesn't hold the christian values that the store does because...

The store overall is great. They have plenty of great items at great prices. I love their sales. I do have one issue, and that is with staff. Some stagg members seem to be completely unlogical when it comes to items and send you to the completely wrong location. You're better off finding it yourself. It has decent checkout times, some of the dtaff members took a long time to check out, even small purchases. Not sure if it's a bad day, but small flaws. Overall, I am still satisfied with this store!

It's Hobby Lobby! The question is what they don't have. For all you crafty people out there this your store no ifs ands or buts. Between At Home and Hobby Lobby I don't know which one is more overwhelming, I guess At Home because it's size and quantity of products. On the other hand Hobby Lobby has better deals and more crafting accessories. Either way you can't go wrong, but Hobby Lobby's are always much closer!

I enjoyed my visit to hobby lobby. It's nice to have good helpful and friendly staff there to help you with whatever you need. I personally went to look for a specific testors enamel paint color for my hobby and I did find it. They always have just about every color available from testors and I always end up getting more than what I originally went for!!!
