I never leave any kind of google reviews for restaurants but I felt this would be necessary to put out. Iâve gone to this bdubs location throughout my life and itâs VERY disappointing to see how much this place has fallen off a cliff time and time after again when I try to give it the benefit of the doubt. Last Thursday I went here after my sisters graduation since she was in the mood for some Buffalo Wild Wings. It had been awhile since weâve gone so why not you know? It was about 11:35pm when we got there and they told us thereâd be a 25 minute wait. Which cool, it was busy and graduation parties had been occurring at the time. No biggie at all. After those 25 minutes we were sat and looking around the place it looked EXTREMELY messy..messy to the point where tables had so many plates and cups on left on there with no one carrying to attend or even bother cleaning up. So that had me a little concern already with the cleanliness. Anyways, we get sat/greeted and we get our drinks pretty fast, we order loaded nachos as well and they came out 10 minutes after we sat. So far so good right? Throughout the entire time being there we never had drinks refilled or really had been attended too at all.. after 30 minutes we were ready to order our food as we had already finished our appetizer. We order our food and it takes about 45 minutes to come out. I mean, to the point from our booth to the kitchen we literally had to point our food out to our server to ask if thatâs our food.. he said yes of course. So we get our food and weâre pretty disappointed, my sister doesnât want to even eat anymore so we agree to ask for a manager on duty. We then get the manager over quickly and we let him know about our service we received. All we got was a âokay,have a good night.â Thatâs it? Thatâs how guest are treated at this location? Even to the smallest of criticism these employees canât take? Then he took the food away and never came by again. After we just asked for the check and we paid for the nachos. When we were on our way out our server came back to bring the credit card back and tossed it right on the table without even saying anything or looking at us. I understand this was one of many very busy days any place thatâs opened past midnight will go through (itâs a long night I GET IT) Iâm a server myself so I know how it goes. But seriously some better training,better sense of urgency and hospitality needs to be added into the environment. I know itâs not a 5 star restaurant or anything. But even the bare minimum for how servers should treat guest here would atleast straighten this place out. I wonât be returning...

Keep in mind, this place is 80% empty on a Thursday night, which I now realize was a red flag. I am sitting at the mostly empty bar, I order a beer and ask to have a TV channel changed to a hockey game. I'm drinking my beer, no hockey game. After 10 minutes, I ask again. They are working on it. I almost finish my beer after 30 minutes. No hockey game. I comment that I'm about to leave if the hockey game isn't on. Finally they change it.
I ask for a Sam Adam's Octoberfest. It's sold out. Ok, that happens. I ask for the Karbach Crawford Bock. That's out too. You're not winning me over.
The guy next to me orders boneless wings and mozzarella sticks. I mention to him that he has been waiting 30 minutes for his food, and he says yes, he's not happy either. His mozzarella sticks come out, but no wings. The server asks "What sauces did you want again?". Did they forget? Again, the place is pretty empty.
Against my better judgment, I order boneless wings. Having been to perhaps 30+ Bw3s across the country, I can tell you that, when it's really busy and you order 20 boneless wings with 4 different sauces, the cook won't have time to cook 5 wings at a time in 4 different sauces. I get that. To make it easier for the cook, I ordered 20 wings with only 2 sauces. Do you think the cook could be bothered to cook 10 and 10 wings in 2 different sauces when the place is empty? Of course not because "We don't care". Instead, the cook makes 20 boneless wings without sauce and drizzels a little sauce on the cooked wings.
In short, neither the guy next to me or I will ever come back here again, and I suggest you don't either. They don't care which is why no one comes here. The only really bad Bw3 I've been to out...
   Read moreThis takes a lot for me to go this far to give this location a poor rating. Iâve been to this location multiple times hoping that the next experience would be better. However, that idea has failed me time and time again. The service takes forever no matter what waiter/waitress you get. And thatâs highly unfortunate because a lot of times itâs not the waiter/waitress fault. Usually, itâs the kitchenâs fault. But the waiter/waitresses have taken forever just to even take your drink order. Tonight is a promise example. We had AND finished our appetizer BEFORE the drinks were even on the table. STILL, I tried to not say anything and hope for the best. Thirty minutes AFTER finishing my appetizer I had my food come out but it felt like it had been sitting for about 10 minutes before even getting to me so it wasnât enjoyable to eat. After gently saying something about it not being warm i waited, and waited for them to bring me a replacement that was freshly made and still warm and finally got to the point to where I just said never mind I just want the check. And it would be easy to blame it on being busy but it wasnât. In fact, I even got front row parking right in front of the restaurant. The waiter, tonight, knew the service wasnât great and gently apologized but never once tried to make up for it or ask his manager what could be done to make the service more enjoyable.
