I've been shopping at this Target since I was a kid. I've always enjoyed shopping here compared to the Walmart on Fairmont. It's a lot nicer here at Target. The employees are very friendly and helpful. We visit Target 2-3 times a weekend. We have spent 1,000's of dollars at this location as it is our go to for a lot of things and have always overall been pleased.
I think very highly of a lot of the employees here and I assume that's because I see them a lot. A lot of what they do goes unnoticed but, to a regular like myself it's always nice to see everybody helping customers and stocking the aisles with a smile.
They have been heavily renovating this location and an employee will usually always ask every visit if we need help finding anything or where you able to find everything you needed. During the renovation process it has made it difficult to get everything that we usually get here because they have to decrease stock on certain things to fit the items in temporary freezers or on temporary aisles. But, I expected that to happen since they are doing the renovation on such a large scale. Every section has been relocated minus the grocery side but, it is receiving a very updated face-lift.
The Cartwheel and Cartwheel Perks system was introduced within the last year and that had us very excited. We would always get a perk every 5-6 weeks and would usually redeem it for the free movie perk. But, recently the perks have been throttled and the free movie perk turned into $10 off a movie. So that was a bummer because I feel that spending $500 to get a perk should be more rewarding than $10 off a movie. But, this is corporate related and not up to the choice of our local Target.
We will continue to shop here and always prefer going here over our local Walmart....
Read moreI had a really disappointing experience at this Target location today. 6-30-25 The store was extremely unorganized, the shelves were a mess, items were out of place, and I noticed multiple expired products still on display. That’s a serious issue and shouldn’t be happening.
The restroom was also in terrible condition. It was filthy, smelled bad, and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time.
While I was waiting for help at checkout several employees walked right past me without even acknowledging me. I stood there for a while before anyone said a word. When I finally did get assistance, the woman working the service desk had a horrible attitude. She was rude and dismissive when I asked a basic question about a coupon and sale, it felt like I was an inconvenience to her just for asking. I considered maybe she was having a bad day or maybe she was special needs and couldn’t regulate her emotions properly. (I don’t remember her name exactly but she was short, white and fat. I believe her name was short like 3 letters or so)
Overall, this visit was frustrating and disappointing. Between the poor customer service, unclean facilities, and expired products, this store really needs better management and staff accountability. Which honestly, it probably won’t get any better because I am seeing LOTS of negative reviews from months ago, so these issues obviously aren’t getting fixed. I hope these issues are...
Read moreI visited the Target in Pasadena, TX at 7 am recently and had an unfortunate experience that needs addressing. Upon arrival, I needed to use the restroom urgently as I was accompanied by my 5-month-old baby. The restrooms were being cleaned, so I attempted to ask the cleaning staff if I could quickly use them. However, both a male manager and female cashier informed me brusquely that they were busy and I would have to wait.
I was directed to another restroom by the pharmacy. Despite my urgency, this restroom was not immediately accessible either; I had to find a staff member to open it because nobody showed up to open it . After 10 minutes I finally gained access, I was appalled by the condition of the restroom. It was incredibly dirty, with feces on the toilet lid. This level of uncleanliness is unacceptable, especially first thing in the morning.
It is essential for restrooms to be cleaned and ready for use before the store opens to the public. Additionally, Target needs to consider individuals with disabilities or urgent needs who cannot afford to wait. The experience was extremely inconvenient and disappointing.
I hope Target takes this feedback seriously and ensures better restroom maintenance and accessibility...
