I have had the most FRUSTRATING experience with your âcurbside pickupâ. I am not certain why your staff is unable to locate a customerâs order that has already been pulled. Two days in a row for two separate orders, I have watched staff search and search and search for my order. To the point that on both occasions they have gone to the back of the store to search back up to the front on the store to search again. What are you searching for??!!!! Why is it not in an organized way that the order is labeled and the staff goes directly to it. On the first occasion I watched the staff member search the front cabinets 4 times then went to the back of the store to search just to return to the front cabinets to search again then asked for help over the headset to immediately lay her hands on my order. That took 30min!!!!!! Are you kidding me?!?! Day two, staff goes to the back then comes to the front to search just to go to the back of the store again and all of a sudden finds my order. She took 20min! This makes no sense. Do better Michaelâs. Do better!!!!!! -beyond frustrated...
Read moreI went to Michaels yesterday, 11/06/21. Anna, the Asian lady cashier treated my brother and I very poorly. I had bought a diploma frame due to the back part being broken and I went back for a refund the same day I bought it and Anna kept saying she will NOT allow me to get a refund due to the frame being open so I repeatedly explained to her I had to open the frame in order to see how the diploma would fit in there. Anna was very angry and insisted that my brother and I always shop here and return things, which is NOT TRUE. I have NEVER EVER shopped at Michaels, yesterday was my first time there. I felt abused due to the color of my skin being targeted. She assumed immediately that Hispanics mostly return things. She gave me the hardest time about getting a refund but finally at the end, I was able to get my money back. Michaels needs to treat customers better and with more respect. DO NOT EVEN BOTHER...
Read moreI realize that it's December and that the store is packed. I stopped in to pick up supplies for my graduation cap for this month. My brother died yesterday and I thought I would still be OK to go in. After being in the store and picking out my supplies I realized I wasn't ok and needed to get out before I started crying. My heart isn't in graduating. I asked a worker standing at an exit if I could exit the store through that door. Even though I didn't purchase anything. I simply said I don't want to wait so I'm just going to go. He told me it's Christmas time is there a store you've been to that hasn't had a line I'd like to know? I said I came for stuff for my graduation cap for this month since I graduate. But I'll just come back later. Kindness goes a long way. I won't be back to...
