Just left their store right now and will never be shopping there again. One of the employees working today 03/15/2023 @ 4:59pm (old white man tall and looked like he was in his 80s) told my kids (ages 10,7,4) “you need to settle down or find the door because you’re disrupting other customers” while they were testing the marker pens they have on display with a gross attitude. Instead of finding me their mother who he should have spoken to privately especially since they’re underage and were just being kids (laughing/talking). I’d even go as far as to say it was racially provoked. Horrible customer service on his part left without buying anything. Would give this nasty place zero stars...

Popshelf is like a better Five Below. I love their items, I get most of my makeup products here. One thing I didn't like was a altercation between a worker and myself. I opened the packaging to a keyboard and closed it back up after testing it. She walked right behind me and put it on the register saying, "Here, now we have to tape it back up." She was very rude about it even after I apologized. Her name was Ashley. Needless to say, I still shop here. 🖤 And no I didn't buy...

I really enjoy this store. Lots of things to look at and really good prices. Great décor items to incorporate into your home. Some things are cheaper than the other dollar stores and are of much better quality. Seasonal décor is on point! I am not a super fan of checking yourself out (if you have an issue it takes FOREVER to get an employees attention), but it is quicker to do so on your own so I get why it's in place.
