Kroger — Attraction in Pataskala

I usually shop a little later in the at night because it seems to be the only time i can get in there and i like the quiet time but the woman with short silverish/white hair she freaking awesome seriously! She's so helpful, understanding, and always polite even when she sees me rolling up to self check-out with a cart over full at 10:45. I'm horrible with names and wish I could remember hers, she is why I love this krogers even the guys that stock everything at night have helped me hunt things down I had younger gentlemen help us 2 days ago get our groceries to our car extremely polite. Yes there are a few employees here and there that can come off kinda rude and look like their angry at the world, I think everyone has those days and unfortunately some people have to be at work through those days I try to myself in their shoes. Now, if they seem like that all the time, then I might say it's time to think about different position. I have one tiny complaint and I hate being that person but some of my fruits and veggies are are aren't making it a whole 12 hrs i or like the strawberries I bought 2 whole container that looked okay to the eye but 1 of them once I started feeling and cutting into them they were not. It reminds me of when the fridge gets a little too cold and starts freezing stuff, and then it thaws, the fruits never survive. Other than that happening the last few times, I love going to...

Expired products, service sucks! I've decided to use the checklist to save time and it was not what I was hoping for. My first order, I ordered everything except for the produce items to test them out. They got it right so I've decided to do a 2nd one. The 2nd time, they gave me the wrong order....long story short...So I had to go back the 2nd day to pick up...when I got there, this time, I checked all of my items while the lady was standing there watching. Come to find out, they only gave me three of the five items that I've ordered and didn't remove off the list or disclose to me that they were out of stock until after the fact. They also substituted one of my items without my approval...after waited almost 20 mins, the guy finally came out and gave me my refund for the out of stock items/substitutions. Got home, put all my groceries away and noticed that one of the items were expired so I had to call them again. Now, I have to go back the 3rd time to either get a refund or get a replacement. Not to mention, the manager that I talked to this time around was rude and talked over me and won't let me finish when I tried to ask her about their process when checking the items off the list and etc. I eventually I ended the call because the conversations were leading to no where zone...I'm disappointed and will not be using this service again or at least not at...

Self checkout is a joke. Can't even leave my clutch in cart after scanning everything, the employees always have to watch videos to make sure nothing was stolen. Seems rather intense system when kroger is price gouging US. If ya want to constantly be made to feel bad for trying to buy your groceries and bag your stuff with your own bags at that, then shop here and they'll treat yall like constant thieves at the check outs. You also can't speed walk out the store with an empty cart, or it will gut check you and hurt. Yup, empty cart lady said it was their security feature, and I walked too fast for their liking 😆 better off going to farmers markets. The employees are almost always downright nasty and rude too and to everyone, including each other. Quite comical to watch and listen to the employees here for sure talk to each other. Ain't no wonder they treat customers rudely, too.

Update just use the self checkout carts!!!! You wont have to deal with anyone for the most part or wait in line either. I just bag it up in my car in my own bags after paying. The carts do have plastic bags on them for you, but those suck and tear easily. Overall, it's been amazing. If you're stuck shopping at kroger, I highly recommend the self checkout carts. Its gotten so much better just using the self...
