Everyone knows that calling any sort of repair company is difficult and time consuming. Having confidence to work with someone you may never have met is also hard to guage when you are overwhelmed with options and with people telling you different things. Then calling to get multiple quotes and making sure you pick the right company etc just adds to the confusion. Sometimes you get lucky while others you may feel like you made the wrong decision.
Honeslty, my advice is make all that easier by using these guys. Excellent from start to finish and super professional and super friendly.
Our fridge stopped working so I called at close to 10pm on Thursday. My call was missed but returned within minutes. The person on the phone asked about my issue and they arranged to have Rami come out at 6am the next day. It was urgent for us as we have young children and a crying baby without milk isn't something I would wish on anyone.
Anyway, Rami arrived on time and within 15 minutes the issue was diagnosed, I was given options on recommended approach to allow me to make an educated decision on what to do. Our compressor had failed. I chose to replace the parts and Rami got them ordered and came back late in the same day and finished the job in the evening.
While he was here he gave us advice on what he sees in terms of trends in reliability of various brands, he explained the issue we had and for my wife he even looked at another issue with our dryer at no cost and gave us advice on what needed to be done. From start to finish this experience was excellent. From a price standpoint I feel it was fair and in line with what the internet suggests a repair of this sort will cost. About three months ago, Rami came to our home to fix a loud buzzing sound coming from our fridge. He quickly diagnosed the issue—tons of ice had built up around the fan—and carefully removed it all. Not only did he fix the problem, but he also took the time to show us how to handle it ourselves if it ever happened again.
Fast forward to yesterday, the buzzing returned and then the fridge completely stopped working. We gave Rami a call, and he kindly walked us through a potential fix over the phone—suggesting we defrost it for a few hours, which usually does the trick. When that didn’t work, he made a stop at our home within the hour. It turned out the fan had completely stopped working, and he quickly replaced it on the spot.
Rami is kind, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He goes above and beyond, and we’re so grateful for his expertise and quick response time. Highly recommend!

Rami was fantastic! Our fridge started making a buzzing noise, and he came out quickly to take a look. He was incredibly thorough, explained everything clearly, and made sure the problem was fully resolved. We really appreciated his professionalism and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

Read moreMy big Samsung refrigerator had broken on me , the warranty was out nor the company wanted to hear what I had to say so I started asking my coworkers , the one fellow I work with told me that his grandmother had several issues with her appliances so she used Master Service appliance which she was super happy with so I called them right of the bet I liked the gentleman who had picked up it seemed that he really wanted to help told him the issue I had with the refrigerator he told me it was probably the mother board yet he couldn't guarantee it also told me the part is pretty expensive yet there's ways around that as well I made the appointment for the following day yet for the late evening cause I had to put in overtime at my job. Little that you know the following day the technician called me 30min.prior to arrival . When he came in I got the vibe that he knew what he was doing plus the fact that he had a smile on his face at 730pm.was a us . He quickly checked the refrigerator out & little that you know it was the mother board , can you believe he actually had the part on him in his van just in case so I didn't need to wait for this part to come in.
