Medina Custom Halal Meats — Attraction in Paterson

Some staff are dishonest & corrupted. 17th June we stand inside to cut our cow for more than 2 hours. Once our time came to cut the meat, one staff came on the spot & he instructed other staffs to send our meat outside another curing station rather cut the same machine where we stand more than 2 hours. Some our partner raised their voice against this because he gave our behind customer priority illegally. But says insist & send our meat outside. Once we went outside machine, we saw there another cow meat they cutting, we wait there another an hour. Once they complete, then this curing machine staff started to wash & clean the area, we wait 1/2 hour. Then they took break we wait another 1/2 hour. After all when our meat going to start cut then another staff bring a Goat that machine to cut before our meat cutting. This is how they dishonest & corrupted. Once we raised voice, the guy/staff called security which is another illegal step they taken. They not complying any...

I see some reviews are negative because of clean?? 4 or 5 years in row I am going to medina halal meat and I don’t have any problems. On the day of Eid-ul-Adha I can say little bad (clean) because of qurbani , and that I will say we are responsible of that we wanted to done in five minutes (Zabiha) every one wanted to rush out and get home first and bunch of peoples get inside the slaughterhouse at the same time.…. I will little blame to management as well to manage batter (during Eid-ul-Adha days ) Please during the qurbani we need the patience (it is nothing new just we have to remind over and over again ) we are know that but we get lost that day. I picked a larger goat so i can store it longer in my chest freezer, I went to chill in my car, came back few minutes to confirm they are processing the right one, and yes it was the right one. I then assumed they are sincere and went to chill further, bad decision. they stole all major organs, liver, kidney, part of the head, legs, actual meaty parts and everything can take a $375 whole goat turned out looking like a $150 value. We repacked it in a regular ziplock and the whole goat perfectly fit into 7 regular ziplock bags.
