Take my advice and RUN!!!! Do not use these people to do anything to your phone!!! The service is horrible and they have no loyalty to repeat customers. I brought my daughters phone to them and was charged $90 for lines running through her screen because she dropped it. I was told that they can fix it and the lines would not return. This was different from the normal cracked screens that I would have them repair. Two days later, the lines reappeared and my husband went this time because I was working. They said that she must have dropped it again and he explained to them that my daughter did not drop it. This is what I was afraid of but they reassured me this wouldn't happen. He said the best that he can do is fix it again for $80. I told my husband that it's not even half off and we shouldn't have to pay anything. I told him not to leave it, and that I would go back to reason with them. When I went, I explained the same thing that my husband did and I was told that the lines reappeared from pressure. I asked what type of pressure? He stated any pressure even from just being in her pocket. This made no sense to me and he asked the technician if they could offer me a discount and he said $90. I stated that's what I paid the first time and now it's more than what was offered to my husband at $80. He said the prices went up. I stated how much they are full of it (not that nicely) and that I will warn others about this horrible service. If I could give zero...

PLEASE WACTH OUT FOR THESE PROPLE, THEY ARE THE BIGGEDT CROCKS ON 518/BROADWAY. I TOOK MY KIDS PHONE THERE TO GET IT FIXED MORE THAN I CAN COUNT. MY LAST VISIT I TOOK MY PHONE SON PHONE BACK AFTER 2 WEEKS OF GETTING FIXED BECAUSE HIS SCREEN HAD BEGUN TO RAISE. HE TOLD ME THE REASON WAS BECAUSE I NEEDED A NEW BATTERY AND REPLACE THE SCREEN AND IT’LL BE 130. I TOLD HIM THATS OK AND TOOK IT UP THE STREET TO COMPU NET, HE OPENED THE PHONE WITH ME RIGHT THERE ANS SAID NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH THE BATTERY AND THE REASON THE SCREEN RAISED WAS BECAUSE THEY DIDNT PUT ALL THE SCREWS BACK IN THE PHONE AND THE LOOSE SCREWS CAUSED THE SCREEN TO CRACK. THEY SAID THEY GET A LOT OF THEIR CUSTOMERS SAYING THE SAME THING HAPPENED WITH THEIR PHONES. THE SCREWS NOT BEING REPLACED OR COMING OUT. I KNOW ITS NOT A LIE BECAUSE IT HAPPENED TO ALL 3 OF MY KIDS PHONE AND WE WERE HAVING TO GET THEIR SCREENS...

I have spent more than $1000 since coming here. Just this year alone I have come 3 times just for the same problem getting my phone screen replaced with a current total of $400. I’ve come to realize the reason my glass keeps breaking so easily is because they keep replacing my glass with the very cheap glass. So that any insignificant fall it will break. I just got my screen fixed this Wednesday June 1st and today I drop my phone on the rug and it cracked. They were charging me $150 but since I’m a “regular customer” I was charged $120. Never again will I go back to this place. They have really taken advantage of me for so long and now I’m done! I’m really rating...
