I honestly would not even give a one star, however I had to in order to leave a review. I was told I wouldn't be charged a fee.. I wake up the next morning went to work thinking my phone was on and working. To my surprise when I get to work to do my job I can't cause you failed to do yours. So I pay the fee it says I have so I can do my job. I call customer service after work they tell me they won't refund me the store has to. So I try calling EVERY SINGLE store that is on the area owned by the same (People or person) either I can't get an answer or they tell me too bad I paid it so they can't help. So I GO back to Pekin to get this resolved BROOKE is horrible im unsure how she still has a job. Completely rude to every customer not just me. Snarky comments when you expect her to do or know her job. Id have been okay paying however before I left she said NO CHARGE then to have my account suspended the next morning and hinder me from my duties is completely unacceptable. For a business to not want to rectify a situation is just sad. I have worked in customer service for many years and if I made a mistake id definitely fix it or make sure it was able to be fixed. I will no longer be staying with metro however I will leave bad reviews on a bad business everyday. Hope this helps...
Read moreBrooke was AMAAAZING!!! The store on University in Peoria never even opened so I decided to drive to Pekin...but I am so glad I did! Brooke was so knowledgeable, helpful, and patient because I had a lot of questions. Lol I got the phone I needed along with an upgrade to my plan, which was also very much needed! The Pekin store is now the one I will go to. Was worth the drive to me for an awesome customer service experience....
