Ill start by saying i think the jeweler is very nice. The lady that i spoke to behind the counter tho, doesnt follow customers instructions. I took a band in to b sized down to a 4.5, ive worn that size for 20 years. I told her i need a 4.5 and she handed me sizers. The one she had me try 1st was waaay too big if i had to guess id say a 6. I say no, thats definately NOT a 4 5, she hands me another slightly big one. I said its closer but not a 4.5 she then hands me another n i say thats a lil lose but much better is it a 4.5? She says yes. I pick it up and out it on, its a little loose but freezing outside so i figured thats y. I look at the receipt a couple days later and see it says " size to 5" . I called the store and told the jeweler. He said hell fix it. Hes willing to make it right but taking it back and waiting again is an inconvenience. She should have just listened to the customer🤷‍♀️ill update after i take it back. Well see how it goes...UPDATE* he fixed it for me its perfect now...i dont know how anyone thought this jeweler was rude....he couldnt have been nicer or more helpful....

A big thank you for the woman who waited on me during the Marigold Festival. I was driving by on my way to get pork chop sandwiches from the festival and saw the no parking sign. I remembered I had a watch that needed a new battery (Walmart wouldn't help me last week). So I ran in to get a new battery. While waiting we were chatting and I told her I had to find someplace to park so I could get pork chop sandwiches for my elderly parents. She ended up letting my 19 y/o son stay there with my vehicle and I walked the park and grabbed the sandwiches and by the 15 minutes it took , they had my watch done. It was a win win for me and I greatly appreciate it. Not only were they helpful but I have my watch back in working order....

I have no idea how this business gets all those 5 star ratings. When I first went in I noticed none of jewelry had price tags on them, that makes feel like you're hiding something. Second, I explained to the sales person what I was interested in. She would take different rings out of the box, never show me the price, would hesitate ever so slightly before saying the price. I felt like she was making it up. She occasionally would tell she could discount those prices. If you can sell it for less, then tell me that in the first place. I was extremely uncomfortable, and felt like I was being lied too. Will never go back or refer anyone to this place. If you're proud of your price, display it. Or at least show the customer the...
