OH CRAP ICRACKED — Attraction in Pembroke Pines

Wish I could give this place 0 stars! Had to have my iPhone front screen replaced & after speaking with them I choose to have it replaced with iPhone original parts. I knew this would take longer & a bit more costly but this was my choice. After I dropped the phone off it was to take 3-4 days. They asked that I pay half up front which I decided to jus pay the entire amount as I knew I would have a friend picking up my phone. After we left a day passed & my friend received a text that my phone was ready... I was confused because it was suppose to take longer, when I went to pick up my phone I immediately realized they couldn't have done what I asked which was original iPhone screen, they repaired my phone with a very cheap & inferior screen! Even the side buttons did not work the screen intermittently responded to touch & when I confronted the employee who was giving me the phone he argued that it was fine! I asked to speak w/the manager & he tells me that's he was the manager! I had to threaten to report this to B.B.B if he didn't fix it. He offered to give me part of the money, & after a heated argument I decided to take part of the money & just go somewhere else! This place is HORRIBLE! & staff is the👎...

This business is extremely unprofessional and should not be trusted with anyone’s personal devices. My daughters phone was held by this company for 12 days, with a multitude of excuses as to why it could not be returned as promised. We were understanding for the first week, but the past two weeks have been nothing but runarounds and unfulfilled promises. Finally, we had to demand the phone to be returned, and as it turns out, the phone had not been repaired at all. We picked up the phone at the personal residence of a technician and I must say, it makes us uneasy that personal devices are taken out of the business and stored at peoples homes. My recommendation is to keep your hard earned money and go to a reputable company, especially when it comes to devices that contain private/sensitive...

Called in today spoke with Jonathan asking him for a quote to repair my 6sPlus screen. He gave me very affordable quote and said he would be happy to take care of the repair in front of me in ten minutes and when I asked what he would charge to fix the screen and apply a new glass protector. He said he'd happy do screen protector for it for free. Great told him I'd be in in the afternoon. He texted me to confirm and sent me the address that I used to get me there. Turns out the glass protector was broken not the screen his assistant changed it in two minutes. He offed to comp the labor.
