This is the SECOND time my partner and I came to this location and have gotten sick from here, let me explain: 1st time was in this March, we ordered two Oreo milkshakes and the day after we BOTH became stomach sick. 2nd time was in this September, we ordered two whoppers and hash browns and AGAIN, we BOTH became stomach sick. I had symptoms of diarrhea and my partner had symptoms of vomiting. Itâs gonna take somebody calling OSHA and/or calling Local 10âs âDirty Diningâ on this place to really take a look at what theyâre doing with their food. Because of that first time of us getting sick, we decided to go regularly eat at the Burger King on Pines and Hiatus across from Pembroke Lakes Mall. EVEN WITH MONTHS APART, we STILL both got sick at the same time from this location. There needs to be an inspection asap on this location because I donât know what theyâre doing behind the counter but something ainât right.
⢠Part from that as well, anytime we do Uber Eats at this location, particularly at night, it always takes them 15-20 minutes to prep the order everytime. Itâs an inconvenience on us to be waiting that long for an order that shouldâve already been prepared. I, myself worked at a fast-food chain before so Iâm aware that we get orders way before the drivers come in; it just becomes apparent that by the time we get there, they âforgetâ and decide to make it while WEâRE ALREADY THERE. Acting as though they never seen the order when Iâm pretty sure they have a tablet that rings on their counterâŚ. Itâs wasting our time and gas and sometimes we even cancel the order and pull off. Because weâre not waiting a half an hour for a â$6-$8 orderâ that shouldâve already been made and...
Read moreI never used to go to Burger King because I'm a vegetarian so I didn't know what I was going to eat at a BK but then your company started offering Impossible Burgers and I wanted to try one on three occasions, so I did and it was very good it does taste like I remember hamburgers tasted back in 2004 right before I became a vegetarian back when I still ate meat even though it is a plant based product. Fortunately I did also check online and I found out that you grill the Impossible Burger on the same grill or griddle as regular real meat patties, at home my guy who eats meat, has a separate grill for his meat burgers and we have another grill that only is used for plant based burgers, grilling veggies or seitan. Also, I used to order your deep fried onion rings which are delicious but one day with my onion rings I got a chicken nugget so I'm guessing that the onion rings were fried with the chicken nuggets, so I don't want my IMPOSSIBLE BURGER fried on the same griddle that is used for regular meat burgers because I don't want those meat juices on my Impossible Burger as I also don't want my onion rings fried with chicken nuggets, it sort of makes my vegetarian meal not really vegetarian. But I still love to go to BK for an ice cream cone or an ICEE but I do love how polite and welcoming your staff is at my BK on Pines Blvd near University Ave in Pembroke Pines, Florida so I'll continue to go there, I also Love your Wi-fi which is very strong and...
Read moreI am a DoorDash delivery driver and recently visited your location in Pembroke Pines to pick up a mobile order. Upon arriving, I was informed by the representative inside that I could not pull to the side to retrieve the order from the pickup window. Instead, I was instructed to wait in the drive-thru line, which at the time was wrapped around the building and extended out to Pines Boulevard.
As a professional food delivery driver, our performance is measured by both pickup and delivery times. Delays like these not only impact our ratings and earnings but also negatively affect customer satisfaction and their overall experience with your brand.
I would like to respectfully suggest implementing a more efficient process for third-party delivery drivers, such as offering a designated pickup area, allowing side-window pickups, or establishing a separate mobile pickup lane. Many other businesses have adopted such practices, which significantly improve service speed and help both delivery partners and customers.
I appreciate your consideration of this feedback and hope adjustments can be made to better support mobile order pickups.
Thank you for your time...
