06/17/2024 right in the center of the mall across from a jewelry booth, someone spilled a beverage and it was not cleaned up. My aunt did not see the spillage, none of us did because it was a dark beverage on dark tiles without any caution sign, and she fell extremely hard. In a panic, I went searching for security or housekeeping for them to clean it up to avoid anyone else suffering the same fate and it took 45 minutes to get an appropriate response. I ran to the jewelry booth and asked her to please call security- she said she didn’t know how to reach security. How is that possible? I then asked her what if someone tried to rob the jewelry store? What if someone was armed with weapons which we all know happens so often? When we finally got a hold of the phone number for security, I gave them a call and it took 45 minutes for “Lieutenant S SOMERS” to show up with a miniature sized notebook pad. I asked them why did it take so long and his response was that they only had 2 security staff working the ENTIRE MALL and HE was on lunch which is why it took him so long to make his way over to us. The horrifying thing is that there wasn’t a single person who was doing their job in that moment and no one who cared enough to keep customers safe…no one watching the cameras, no one to clean up the mess, no one to alert the authorities. This evening while I was going to watch a movie with my friends 2 rude employees kicked us underaged kids out the movie while we were trying to buy tickets and while she was kicking us out she added a slick comment saying “she’ll help us see black and white” I found that very rude not only did she try to kick us out she proceeded to touch us and push us out the door after several minutes pasted we came back with guardians to be eligible to watch our movie but they kept constantly tryin to find reasons to not let us watch our movies and said that we couldn’t see a movie differ to our guardian then have our tickets back as I walked over to get my ticket refunded a male dude with straight hair said “they can’t buy no more tickets and told us to get out” as I’m infront of the cashier person he wouldn’t take my ticket bc I wouldn’t place the ticket in his hand. I found that disturbing he demanded me to place to ticket in his palm when he could’ve easily taken the ticket from my finger tips as I reached out to give him it.
