Ordered a Christmas gift on the 13th, guaranteed delivery by Christmas. Called the day before Christmas since the package still had not arrived and there has been no information sent. After waiting for over half an hour, the customer service lady said it'll probably not arrive on time. I was in shock because dealing with other stores this has never been the response, they typically rush reorder, offer something for the inconvenience, Soma does nothing. She finally asked if I'd go to the store and go buy another one, not offering the sale price I originally bought the first one at. Needless to say it was a waist of time and the store had nothing in the size I needed even though I offered to pay full price, double what I orginally paid. Horrible service, will never order from Soma again. Needless to say I'm short a couple gifts.
Update: I have now emailed customer service twice with no response and chatted with customer service who says they cannot find the order number( although I copied and pasted it from the email order confirmation). Second the person that I had on the other end of the line was very rude and condescending. I asked to speak to the Manager. At which I explained what I needed. And how she can help me. place me on a long hold after then to tell me that she could not help me because my item was just past 60 days. What I just needed was a change in size. Because they had given me the wrong size when they fitted me at the store. Their bras are very expensive and it’s supposed to be a luxury brand but the experience that I had in customer service was so mediocre that is not considered a luxury brand. Read moregot 3 bras about 8 months ago $60 each. wash them by hand never in the dryer. came to the store today to exchange one of the bra because the wire came out and the refuse to do something about that keep telling me that they have 60 policy. so the bottom line the bra ONLY good for 60 days ($1 a day) and after 60 days you on your own. the worst customer service i ever got they didn't even want to fix it for me. i will NEVER shop there again i won't recommend anyone to shop at SOMA. because they are only nice to you when you come to buy NOT when u have a problem with the item. i will also going to contact BBB they need to know what company SOMA is. any other store immediately will apologize and help you out but not SOMA.
