After visiting here in December, we hadn’t been able to get in here and the prices were very high and the menu did not offer too many options for us. We made it last night and it surprised us when we were there in December. From the moment we walked in and were greeted by the hostess to being seated, meeting our server, Gerardo, it was the best start that ultimately the end result and experience was outstanding! He was extremely professional and his table side manner was excellent! When we gave him our choices he explained everything in detail, our mouths were watering as he described every facet of the dish and its accompaniments! When the appetizer and meal arrived we were not disappointed we were so pleased with the savoury tastes and how delicious our meal satisfied our palettes! We’ll definitely be back…I asked to meet the Manager and Gerardo brought Nina back to the table and how delightful she was! I give this restaurant two 5’s, double every star above!
Here second time within one week and we found some more things to rave about: 1) called ahead and usually you don’t get to speak to anyone if you are calling on a Saturday night at 9 PM,I was lucky to get someone, Lucette, another wonderful staff member, they foster the most friendly environment with a warm pleasant atmosphere. Just met Manny, pleasant server, then came Andrew his runner to our table with our main dish, again, Mahi Napoleon, a fave for sure! Andrew made a point to convince us to try the Cedar Plank Salmon, which we certainly will be back for next time! Not only was Andrew very hospitable and friendly, he has the most amazing charismatic personality! This establishment has the right formula for their friendly staff! Mauricio, with his warm and welcoming demeanor, made me feel right at home the moment I walked through the door. He went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my visit was perfect. His attention to detail and genuine care for his customers truly set him apart. Whether it was recommending the most delicious dishes/drinks on the menu or providing prompt and attentive service, Mauricio's professionalism and passion for his work were evident in every interaction.
But it wasn't just Mauricio who made this experience unforgettable. Sabrina, the manager, played an integral role in creating a truly exceptional atmosphere. Her leadership skills were evident as she effortlessly orchestrated the seamless operation of the establishment. She exuded a calm and confident demeanor that set the tone for the entire team. Read moreI've been to Brimstone many times over the past 10 or so years. We've always had a terrific time with terrific drinks and great food. You know the music is loud when your body vibrates.....Brimstone hmmmmmm, when did your outdoor patio seating area become a LOUD music, Cigar smoking, dance music place? Apparently, they have the DJ every Friday & Saturday at the outdoor patio. We were there for a holiday get together to meet with people we haven't seen in almost 2 years and wanted an outdoor venue due to COVID. Unfortunately, we couldn't hear each other without screaming across the table - there was about 10 of us. Our bodies, table and chairs were literally Vibrating It was crowded, it was busy. They had a lot of staff running around. Our waiter, I think his name was Edgar, did his best but we had to wait on him to get refills on our soda, water & drinks. We had ordered the flat bread pizzas and spinach dip, which comes with chips, for the table. We were hungry so we demolished that. The Margherita pizza was the winner! The spinach dip portion wasn't quite enough to match the ratio of chips. The New England Clam Chowder was stocked full of clams and was creamy and had a bit of a kick to it. I crumbled some of the excess chips that cane with the spinach dip and put them into my soup. Yummy! Most of us ordered the rib eye steak, with real mashed potatoes and asparagus and a brown sauce that was like liquid salt. 🥴 The steak was cooked as ordered, and it came with thin little onion rings on it which was a nice touch. The asparagus was cooked just right. You could tell the mashed potatoes were real since they were a bit chunky & had a few pieces of skin in the mix. The desert we picked was the tiramisu & was sweet and went great with the coffee.
