So Chic Boutique — Local services in Peoria Heights

After following So Chic Boutique on Instagram for over a year, I was so excited to shop in the store. A few months ago, on a road trip to southern Illinois, I visited the Morton store. I loved EVERYTHING in that shop.

I was so excited to hear that the Peoria Heights store was expanding. We made the three hour drive from Chicago to shop during the Holiday Open House. After we arrived home, I realized that the cuticle oil that I purchased was not in my bag. It was a busy, exciting day at the store so I submitted an online message via the So Chic website to see how we could resolve this issue.

Here I am, one week later, with NO response from So Chic Boutique. As much as I want to support this woman-owned small business, I cannot. A mistake is a mistake - and I would expect this (or any) business...

I have no time. I like to do things 110%. So how can I get gifts for 10 Board members with different personalities and likes? CALL SO CHIC!! I spoke to Sara, gave her the run down on each person’s vibe, my budget and voila... she text messaged me pictures of her suggestions and was SPOT on for many of them! A couple I asked for a few changes with colors etc. My OCD was satisfied, I never left my office, I paid my invoice on line and pick them up the next day... each individually gift wrapped AT NO ADDITIONAL COST! I mean... what have I been doing my whole life?!?!? Thank you to Sara, I look forward to many more personalized shopping...

I threw a bridal shower for my daughter at the Peoria boutique. The place was beautiful. I have to give my thanks to the boutique and especially Ashley for coming in early so I could get the place set up before the guest arrived. She was very helpful and checked in on us frequently.
